elevated Spanish food delicious paella and tapas. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and wine selection. Picked an option for desert I wasn’t familiar with and was quite pleased with the texture of the “cheesecake” however the jelly that came with it had too much of a kick for me
Food was exceptional, service was great. The decor is very cute and makes you feel like you’re on a vacation! The piña colada specials were DELICIOUS. easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. Will definitely return. I hope they introduce more food specials however, as I’ve noticed their menu items have decreased.
This place has a nice ambience, the plating is appealing. But the flavours are kind of lacking. This place is small plates so it’s kind of disheartening when you taste something and it’s just “ehh”.The bread and tomatoes w Manchego and fish crudo were lacklustre, but the spare ribs was really good.
Fabulous menu all around the shrimps were to die for and great wine selection. Fantastic staff. Absolutely worth a visit
First time attending any of their locations. This was the pop-up at Cold Tea.Great experience from start to finish.Jordan - who seated us was excellent.Kelly was an attentive and personable server who made a great wine suggestion. Even the playlist was amazing and unique. We had sound hound running the whole time lol.Everything was super fresh and delicious.Highly recommend the bread, which is baked fresh on the grill when ordered and the tuna steak, which was served bone in with the marrrow? We'll definitely go back to try other things on the menu next time we're in town. Thanks for the great experience.
Sat in a party of 7 on the patio and it was a great decision to choose this place for our dinner! We shared a few of the appetizers which were all delicious - the white fish crudo and the mushrooms were definitely my favorites. For our mains, we shared two large portions of the seafood paella with the potatoes as a side and wow it was so good! The shrimp especially was cooked so perfectly and the whole thing was so well seasoned and fresh. Finally we topped it all off with the cheesecake which had a delightful texture and was i-cant-get-enough-of-this yummy!Shout out to our waitress who was on point with her recommendations on menu choices and portions! Such a pleasure to dine here, will definitely be back :)
I need more photos, better photos because Labora is beyond wonderful. The most incredible vibe, loads of different seating areas with chefs bar, raw bar, people watching through the front window, banquettes and a sweet new private dining room. The Spanish food is made with love by Chef Rob Bragagnolo and his amazing team. Do not miss the cool Vermut list, wine list and cocktails. Simply go here, eat here and go again. Please follow @joannasable on instagram for more food fun.Spoiler Alert ? meet @robbragagnolo newest darling @laborarestaurant on Queen West West. It’s incredible! Let’s start with the patio, it’s big roomy, stunning and on the side away from traffic.Next, service, above and beyond in a casual boite that thinks it’s fine dining.Wine list is creative and the drinks oh so well balanced and pretty. But, we came here to eat and we ate brilliantly. Chef Bragnolo’s food has been some of the top eats in Toronto for a very long time and his newest is no different. Presentation is beautiful and flavours are balanced yet powerful. We started with their take on Pan con Tomate with hot bread straight out of the grill, without a doubt my favourite dish looked incredibly simple yet it was text book perfect. Lovely balls of various tomatoes all perfectly peeled in a rich luscious gazpacho with a drizzle of great olive oil. Now, I am not a rice girl but I had 3 helping of the smoky charred octopus rice. The chicken was impossibly moist with the zing of chili and the nuttiness of toasted smashed almonds. You think the humble potato would be humble but no, they melted in my mouth and I adored the creamy dunk. @ssifishco with chorizo and spicy celery juice was to me a fun rift on a Bloody! Dessert was perfect on a warm summers night, creamy rich vanilla soft serve melting with roasted Ontario strawberries. The important and best bit is they TAKE RESERVATIONS! From 530 to 830. They open on Wednesday and like the rest of our beloved restaurants will be gearing up for indoors as well.Tag me, I am dying to hear your thoughts. Congratulations team!
One of the best Spanish restaurants I have visited in Toronto. The paella was definitely on the larger side than expected. All the food we had was delicious but drinks were very underwhelming. It is for sure on the pricier side but still very worth the value/taste/experience.
Did Mother's Day dinner. Due to curbside it was takeout. We had lobster Paella and Chicken Paella. It was a full 4 course meal and came with instructions. Everything was great. Look forward to dining in at Labora when Covid concerns are behind us.Thanks Labora for helping to make Mother's Day special
We ordered the seafood and mushroom palellas to share with some friends and both were amazing. The octopus on the seafood paella was the best we've ever had. We should have ordered a second portion of the potatoes as they went quick! Very delicious.

Had takeout from Labora last night and the food was amazing. The Octopus and Shrimp Paella was definitely me and my family's favourite. The octopus and shrimp were super sweet and fresh and definitely the highlight of our meal. Plus the Spanish Cheesecake is a must try! Everything ordered was delicious.
The seafood paella was so good we had the chef come out so we could clap for him and acknowledge his beautiful cooking! This spot is simply amazing, the food the ambiance to service everything is spot on. Can’t wait to go back
Got the octopus and red prawn paella as takeout and it blew my mind. The beautiful presentation is perfectly matched by the perfect taste! Thank you
Easily one of my best meal experiences in Toronto. The octopus/red prawn paella is fantastic - the seafood was tender and the paella is charred crispy along the sides. The portion size is definitely enough for two. The tomato toast was also fantastic - it tasted so fresh. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Absolutely delicious paella (you pay per person). The cocktails at Labora are also equally delicious (you won’t stop at one, trust me.Pictured is the beef wagyu paella.
