Despite a slight delay in service, our visit to Laduree was pleasant. The coffee and sweets were delicious, living up to our expectations. While the service was a tad sluggish, it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience. If you’re willing to trade a bit of time for quality treats, this place is worth a visit.

Considering the macarons are pre-made and all the employees do is box them up you’d think they’d be less pretentious and rude. The macaron was cracked and also entirely hollow inside which is laughable considering the price.

I came here for afternoon tea for 1! I really liked their selection. It was of generous portion. And I did end up taking some home. I see many have complained about service. But honestly my waitress was exceptional, she even offered to change the tea in case I did not like it. This was around noon with very few people in the shop. So perhaps they get overwhelmed on later times. Overall good experience for relaxing afternoon tea in the Mall

Came here for afternoon tea, after several visits of just window shopping, thanks to the gorgeous ambience.It was a Saturday afternoon, surprisingly not super busy, but service was unfortunately slow - even for water and the menus (as a result of short staffing, only 2...sometimes 1 server would be available).Macarons are exceptional.I enjoyed the overall afternoon tea experience, as it was nice to try their smoked salmon croissant sandwiches, a dessert, 2 macarons and a few quiches (smoked salmon and cream cheese, chives, sesame seeds).$75I treated the afternoon tea as a sampler, and feel that I would definitely come back for both their savory and sweet items, as well as their coffee.
I love their desserts especially macaroons but this time i tried their high tea which is not worth it. There is very less variety of food and their teas ? are not flavourful.. overall i had a bad experience . I think its just good for desserts . But the overall vibe is great ? and ambience is worth it all.

I think they are specifically hiring rude people. I love Laduree desserts but it is a challenge to order anything in this location. We had to wait 30 minutes to server come to the table even tho there were at least 4 staff chatting. I ordered afternoon tea as usual and I don't know why the waitress made it impossible to order. I hope they will train better their employee.
