Absolutely phenomenal! This hidden gem of a bakery blew my mind. I had a croissant that was so good it literally knocked my socks off — flaky, buttery, and baked to perfection. Their cakes? Easily rivaling those of high-end patisseries. You can taste the love and care in every bite. On top of that, the owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming — it truly feels like visiting family. Support this mom-and-pop treasure — they deserve all the love!

I went to an o line group about Toronto to ask for the best Black Forest Cake in the GTA and I'm happy that they recommended Lake Bakery Caffe. It was indeed the best one. The cake layers were thin with delicious whipped cream and cherries between them. The service was uncomplicated and the owners/staff always smiling even in a rainy day.
