Not sure if the chicken shawarmas quality has changed recently but this was my first time and it’s quite bland and the portions are smaller compared to other places. Only got one piece of potato and it’s lacking flavor

Laziza is honestly one of my go-to spots. The falafel is amazing — super crispy outside and soft, flavorful inside, you can tell it’s fresh. Portions are always solid and filling. The staff make the place even better, they’re super friendly every time I come in. Shoutout to Bipin for always looking out and making the visit a good one. Definitely recommend if you’re craving Mediterranean food that actually hits the spot.

Went to get a shawarma and the person making my sandwich was talking shit about me, thinking I did not understand his language, because I wanted no hot sauce in my shawarma. I'll never go back. Food is soso. I walked out before he finished making my sandwich.

Still the best Lebanese shawarma joint in GTA, yet to find a replacement.

I see recent lower reviews, yes I didn't find the chicken to be fresh so I get the Falafel Shawarma Plate and buy Chicken Shawarma or Pork Gyro elsewhere to go along with it.

No other shawarma place can beat Laziza's salad options.

The guys who make it customize my plate as I want it.

The chicken shawarma had skin, there was much of it, it grossed me out. The potatoes tasted like they had been sitting out since the morning and were soaked in oil. I couldn’t eat them at all; it honestly ruined my appetite. I ordered through Uber Eats, paid full price for the food, and now I’m just going to throw it away. I didn’t even have dinner.
I even wrote in the instructions not to add pickles or too much sauce, and to keep certain things off the food—but obviously, they didn’t read the instructions. Everything I asked to be left out was included. I couldn’t even eat itmy cousin ended up cooking instead. The food was disgusting.
Total waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from them.
