Great little cafe, went with family and they were incredibly accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and the biscuits are to die for. Will definitely be back again

Visited twice during my stay in the area. I tried one of their breakfast plates, and then the chocolate chip pancakes - both meals were tasty, freshly made to order and fairly big portions, I was very full and satisfied both times!
I also had nice coffee and tea there.
At the time of both my visits the place was super busy, but the atmosphere was nice and the staff was attentive, friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend!

I feel so lucky to have a breakfast/brunch spot like Lazy Daisy's in the neighbourhood. The atmosphere is warm, the staff welcoming and the fare is always satisfying. Service can be slow when they're very busy, but I never mind the wait. Obsessed with their breakfast burrito.

On my way to work, I stopped in hoping to enjoy a good cup of coffee to start my day. At over $6, (small size) I expected a certain level of quality and care. Unfortunately, the coffee did not meet those expectations and was quite disappointing.
That said, the food selection and the ambiance were lovely. The space is inviting, and it’s clear that attention has been given to creating a pleasant environment.
However, coffee is a central part of the experience, and sadly, this was the one aspect that fell short especially considering the price point. I hope this is something that can be improved, as the place has great potential.

I heard some hype for Lasy Daisy’s online especially for the pancakes and for the Mennonite bacon so we decided to come here on a Friday afternoon, luckily we didn’t have to wait for table.
Lazy Daisy’s is located in an awesome neighbourhood and there were multiple shops surrounding that area that we wanted to stop by after so this was a huge plus for us.
We ordered the standard brekkie with the bacon, the son of a rise breakfast sandwich, and then a side order of the cinnamon bun pancakes.
The standard brekkie was standard as it's name says, there wasn’t anything too outstanding on the plate for me— this includes the Mennonite bacon (what's the hype over Mennonite bacon anyways??). The breakfast sandwich was also pretty standard to me, though I do think the biscuit shell was delicious.
The cinnamon pancakes definitely will remind you of cinnamon buns including the glaze that they include with it which is reminiscent of cinnamon bun icing. However I don’t think it’s the best I’ve had in Toronto.
If we’re in the area again I would love to try some other items like the Mac and cheese!

This is such a sweet local restaurant. I love taking my mom here for lunch. Flavourful, quality items. They serve a substantial $6 side salad. The coffee is great too.

Went here with my partner on a Satursay afternoon.
Were seated immediately.
They are known for their buttermilk biscuits and those were delicious
We got the lox and loaded and the due south.
The food was good but the service was extremely slow especially for a place that wasn't too packed

Cozy spot that has adorable decor for brunch. The staff are just as positive and friendly as you would expect from this cute place. Great menu with locally sourced ingredients. Too bad we weren't thrilled with the food - mac&cheese was bland and chicken was dry. Probably will go back to try other menu items because of the service and location.

I moved out of the neighborhood a few years ago, and came back to visit. Still as good as I remember! Thanks for a great lunch :)

Such a quaint and adorable café with an amazing menu! Best place to bring your friends or family. The cinnamon roll pancakes were perfectly fluffy and sweet. They are pretty large but they’re perfect to share with another person. The sandwiches were tasty especially with the garlic mayo and fried chicken. This is my fourth time visiting and it’s such a special treat whenever I do. The staff are super kind and they work extra hard to ensure everyone is served well.
