FRUIT FLY INFESTATION. I love you guys, I come here several times a month and I live downtown. Ive ignored it for the past two months. Do something please.

I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. Each time, I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for my food and drinks, and it even took nearly 10 minutes just to get a menu. The servers haven’t been attentive to my needs throughout the meal.

I also tried their takeout service, and it was another letdown—items from my order were missing, and I had to go back to the restaurant with no apology or compensation offered.

Overall, the food is decent but honestly not worth the subpar service. I hope the management can improve the experience because there’s potential here, but the service definitely needs attention.

I tried the Son-of-a-Rise sandwich at Lazy Daisy Café and WOW!! It definitely did not disappoint. The sandwich was fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavour. The biscuit was soft and buttery, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the combo of cheese and toppings made every bite unreal. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because it tastes like a next-level homemade breakfast.

I also have to shout out Flynn, our server. She was genuinely one of the warmest, most attentive servers I’ve had in a long time. Super friendly, quick with recommendations, and made the whole experience feel extra welcoming. You can tell she cares about her customers.

The café is cozy, the food is amazing, and the service (especially from Flynn!) was top tier. Highly recommend!!

It's a line up everytime. Best breakfast sandwiches, and pancakes. The tradition bacon and eggs has very little home fries but everything is fresh! They accommodated us best they could with our toddler. We love a good Lazy Daisy !!

I have ordered here a few times on a couple delivery apps and I have purchased this cafes frozen biscuits and loved both those experiences! So I thought why not pop in for a bite. The food was great - the strawberry coconut tart was just the loveliest, definitely try that. The service was a little too casual for my taste and I personally wouldn’t dine in again. I will still support this small business in the ways I have in the past - retail and delivery. The decor is cheerful and upbeat, really cute.

I love it here too much 🥺❤️
I’ve been coming multiple times a week since stumbling in towards the end of summer. My only problem is that.. there is no place like this. I’ve been around other breakfast places in the city and nothing tops the food quality here.

Thank you for amazing food and services - see you in a few days probably 🤣❤️

I ordered the standard breakfast for pickup.

It was ready on time, but I didn't enjoy the tipping culture here. The machine doesn't even have a skip button, you have to go in and specifically enter $0.00 as a tip.

Also the eggs had a human hair on it and it was still runny when I asked for over hard.

Oh well.

Cutest cozy spot. Apple caramel latte is to die for, I still think about it and I’m not a huge coffee person! Even the regular coffee is great. The breakfast sandwich is simple but somehow hits everytime.

The Mother Clucker sandwich is sooooooo good. The juiciest chicken ever. And I love getting some of their cheddar jalapeno biscuits to take home! The vibe is so cozy and sweet in the restaurant. 10/10 recommend <3

Avoid, food is served cold after waiting 55 minutes, I waited 30 minutes for someone to bring my kids JUICE BOXES and water, and I had to go behind the counter to ask for it. Staff live up to their name- LAZY. I’ve never had a worse experience at a restaurant.

It's OK. Too expensive for what it does, but I guess that's everything now.

We came here for brunch on the morning of August 28th around 11:00 am, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us. My partner and I ordered, and then had to wait more than 40 minutes just to receive avocado toasts with an egg !! even though the restaurant was not very busy. The toast itself was very dry, but that wasn’t even the main issue. What really upset us was the behavior of one of the servers, a petite brunette wearing a crop top and pink pants ! who kept giving my partner very unpleasant looks. Since our English is not very good, we couldn’t really express ourselves properly on the spot, but that kind of attitude is unacceptable.

To be fair, the male server (a white gentleman) was very kind and polite, and the matcha was good. But sadly, our overall experience was ruined by the poor service from the other staff member.

Lovely and popular spot. Prepare for a bit of a wait on weekends. They take your number and call you which is nice.

Crowded, busy, noisy and slow. If you don't care about all that then it's a wonderful place
