We had a terrible experience at this restaurant! It’s a huge waste of time and money. The salad was soggy, I could literally see all the stale greens. The food quality was very disappointing. We went for my daughter’s birthday there . She didn’t like her food. The building was so old with a musty smell. The ambiance and the restaurant decorations was under basic. There was no front desk to sit customers! This under average food was very over priced.! Please check the restaurant before you go. Do not recommend!

I went there on January 3rd to celebrate my bf's and I anniversary. The experience was definitely worth the price in my opinion. You never got bored from the animations and even with the amount of service, it was made in a way that you always had place for the next service. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service we received. The politeness, the professionalism was definitely a plus for us in this experience. I let the staff know beforehand that i selected a cake as a surprise for my bf and the discretion about it made it even more surprising for him. We came from Montreal to try this experience and dont regret it at all, i would definitely like to go back so maybe opening one in Montreal would be a great idea!

The show was not only entertaining but also offered a unique twist to the dining experience that kept us engaged throughout the evening. The food was exceptional—delicious and high quality. It’s an interesting and different dining experience. I wish portions were smaller but more elevated. The staff and service is kind but not professional. Once the video show is over you have no time to enjoy a conversation or a coffee… you have to leave. They asked my friend to go to the front room to pay while we were still working on our dessert! It was funny in an inconvenient way.

Le petit chef is a great food experience for all ages. The show is entertaining and the food is absolutely delicious. We went for my mom’s birthday and there was a special video from the chef and dessert at the end.
The food was great and well presented. Portions were very good.
Salad was delish and well-dressed. Soup was a touch salty, but nice that they come around with a little dollop of sour cream. Chicken was piping hot. Yum! Steak was also hot and cooked to specification. Yum! Creme Brulee dessert was delish and well portioned. Lastly we got a birthday cake slice and this came with its own little video on the table. Cute!
Note: meal felt a little rushed as they need everyone to finish their course before they turn on the next video.
I rate the service a little poorly for the following reasons; 1) we got a bottle of wine and they never came around to refill the glasses 2) the servers were quite pushy at the end of the meal, asking us constantly (almost every 3 minutes) if we were done and they could take it away. There is only 1 seating so not like we needed to clear out immediately after dessert. 3) I don't love how they auto include a gratuity of 18%, even for a small table of 2 or 4. Especially considering the service I received, I do not believe they deserved an auto tip and would have appreciated a choice of amount to reflect the service I got.
Overall, the meal came out to almost 700 for 4 people.
Overall good food and fun experience, but only do this once in your life. There are much better meals you could get for way less money!

First time attending, Food was very nicely presented and tasteful Mini shows presenting next course very playful, whimsical, and highly recommended if kid at heart ( like myself) , if you have children or you want to try something different My only input would be to offer more variety in music being played, it seemed to loop and was very repetitive

On August 9, my husband and I reserved a table at La Petite Chef in honor of our anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant it smelled terrible. We waited 30 minutes and stuff said that they couldn't serve us today because the pipe burst. To which we received an answer that the money would be returned or we need to book for another day…Instead of letting people go immediately, we were told to wait there for almost an hour and smell all that smell. In the end, they refused us because they realized that their pipe had burst. I have nothing but terrible experiences with this restaurant and staff. I'm incredibly upset. After all this, almost a week passed, and no one returned the money and no one even tried to contact.
