Chef Susur's Global Tasting Menu is truly out of this world. An extraordinary progression of flavours — starting with delicate fresh scallops, followed by his signature slaw, and moving through perfectly seared tuna and succulent grilled prawns. The chef graciously accommodated my pescatarian diet, replacing the beef course with a spectacular seafood Pad Thai. A clever pre-dessert served as the perfect palate cleanser, leading into a trio of beautifully balanced, not-too-sweet treats. As always, we had the pleasure of chatting with Chef Susur himself — such a humble and engaging host, genuinely interested in his guests' feedback. We'll definitely be back soon. Thank you, Susur, for another unforgettable dining experience!
Loved everything about the meal! It seems to be our go to restaurant for special occasions but will have to drop by more often for the signature salad! Delicious!
Slaw was amazing. Cheeseburger spring rolls aka signature dish was mushy and flavourless as was the chicken su mai done two ways. Service is fantastic.
We had a very great experience. We enjoyed all the delicious items we decided to pick from the menu. We will be back again very soon. Highly recommended
The food and service at Lee is without compare. We had the tasting menu and each dish was better than the last. Our server and her team were the most professional I've ever experienced. I can't say enough about how great our evening was.
Had an exceptional night while enjoying the tasting menu. Didn't see the hype in the slaw still was very good. Service was phenomenal from all angles. Some dishes were better than either, one of the prawn dishes was sadly over cooked and past its gummy stage. I do want to come back try the rest of the menu but in no rush.
Incredible food, as always. The service is always excellent here, however, this time they went the extra mile and added some additional desserts for us. It was our anniversary and my wife loved the personalized message on the desert plate. Nice touch.
Service was excellent! The high top tables are difficult to fit more than 2 dishes for two people. Food was good, but not for the price if I'm being honest. The complimentary birthday treat was a nice touch. I'd suggest going with 4-6 people to be able to try more food without breaking the bank.
From the moment we entered, we were impressed by the spacious layout and stylish design of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere right away.
To start, we tried the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls—a unique and juicy appetizer that surprised us in a good way. We also ordered the Singapore Style Slaw, which was fresh and full of flavor. However, at $45, we found it a bit overpriced for a salad, though the portion was generous and easily enough for three people.
For mains, we had the Lobster & Wild Red Shrimp Pad. This was definitely the highlight of the meal—not so much for the shrimp, but the rolls that came with it were incredibly crunchy and flavorful. We also tried the Braised Beef, which was good, though not particularly memorable.
During our meal, our host kindly asked if we were celebrating anything. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a complimentary plate of small pastries—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture from the team.
Overall, a great experience with excellent service and standout dishes. A few items felt slightly overpriced, but the ambiance and attention to detail made it worth it.

Their slaw is a blend of countless ingredients which come together to create an incredibly unique and flavourful taste. I also recommend their cheeseburger spring rolls.

Absolutely outstanding! The presentation alone was a work of art, vibrant, colorful, and beautifully plated. The flavors were just as impressive: fresh, balanced, and full of depth. Every bite had a perfect combination of texture and taste, from the delicate tuna to the crisp lotus chips and the refreshing herbs. The rolls were equally delightful, bursting with freshness and paired with a rich, flavorful sauce that tied everything together beautifully.
This place clearly puts thought and care into every detail, both in presentation and flavor. Truly one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in a long time ***** highly recommended!******

The food did not disappoint! Slaw was fantastic, as were the Jerk ribs. Char siu was amazing - I could have eaten 3 orders myself. The only lowlight for me was the Spicy Margarita - I like mine in a tumbler full of ice, but at Lee it’s served without any ice in a small chalice. Overall an amazing dining experience.
