We had some time before our concert at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, so we decided to drop in for some food as the place looked inviting. This was our second time in this restaurant. We were happy that we were served by a very polite and pleasant server, Zora, unlike the grumpy person who served us the last time. Both the soup and Kung Pao chicken were delicious, and the quantity was ample enough to satisfy our late-afternoon hunger. Definitely coming back again.
Went to Lee Chen Asian Bistro for a quick brunch before going to the Aquarium.

Service was excellent and fast. I also liked that they open early.

We ordered the xiao long bao (soup-filled dumplings), steamed vegetable dumplings, and soy milk -- all did not disappoint! We also loved the dip that came with the vegetable dumplings -- I want to know where I could get them or how to recreate them! 😅

Overall, highrly recommended!
We came here for a team lunch of 9, and it was a great experience. The food leans toward authentic Chinese but is still very accessible to a foreign palate. The space is well-lit and surprisingly open for an underground venue. Tables and chairs are nicely spaced, making it suitable even for business meetings. They also have curated business meal sets with great selections. The location is super convenient, right by popular downtown attractions and near the subway.
