Came here with friends during a bakery tour. Ordered an Apple filled doughnut and cinnamon twists. The gentleman working the front counter was delightful. Greeted us, made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had, and provided suggestions. Quality customer service.
The cinnamon twists are good. They give off churro vibes if you microwave them for 30 seconds. The Apple filled doughnuts is good, I'd definitely get blueberry next time I go based on feedback from friends.

I missioned from the east end of the city all the way to Parkdale last weekend for the stationery show, only to discover a 2 hour wait to get in. Totally unprepared for that, I started the 1.5 hour journey back home, feeling pretty defeated. On a whim, I stopped into Letterbox after catching the smell of cinnamon from the street, and I’m so glad I did. I picked up the best cinnamon bun I’ve ever had, along with a delicious apple fritter. While chatting with the person working, I shared my story of the failed day, and they kindly gifted me a miso cookie. It was seriously one of the best cookies I’ve ever tasted. That small act of kindness completely turned my day around. Thank you for the amazing treats and the warmhearted gesture. You made a rough day a whole lot sweeter. 💛

Ordered for delivery for a special occasion. The donuts were so cute and the Raspberry lemonade flavour packed a great punch. Only wish the donuts were a teensie bit bigger and that they had more options for flavoured icing. Delivery was super prompt and arrived first thing the day I requested them for. Would order again!
First order from Letterbox. They looked fantastic! A new sweet treat for my favourite people. The glazes were all tasty; raspberry-lemon, chocolate and white chocolate. A big hit with everyone! Nothing better than fresh doughnuts.

I would highly recommend Letterbox Donuts due to their outstanding service and tasty donuts! I had initially placed an order for my birthday event over the weekend however the delivery was not successful (they have a separate team who takes care of shipments). Priom went above and beyond to ensure that I would have the opportunity to receive my donuts, and she made it happen a couple of days later for my actual birthday. Atop of the intended order, she added “Happy Bday” which was a lovely touch. Thank you Priom and team for making my birthday extra sweet this year! I can’t wait to make another order in the future.
