Probably one of the best meals you can get on the Danforth strip. The food is exceptionally tasty, fresh, and served with so much love. The shish tawook, and lentil soup are so satisfying in every way.
The photos speak for themselves. Spectacular meal. To the last rice grain.
Ordered grilled chicken meal ( asked for more salad than rice) and a cheese manakish. Both were perfect. I can’t wait to eat here again.

What a beautiful experience honestly. Words can’t even describe how amazing this place is. The moment I walked in, it just took me straight back to the Middle East. the Arabic music in the background, the whole vibe, it was just perfect.
The staff were super friendly, honestly the nicest people I’ve met. I ordered the za’atar and cheese manakish and the shish tawook wrap, both were soooo delicious, like seriously yummy.
Dany and his family were amazing, they welcomed me in and we had such a great chat. You can just feel how much love they put into this place.
Can’t recommend it enough it’s a must-visit if you love great food and great people.

We just tried Levande for the first time this weekend. We are a vegan family and got the falafel family platter, rice, fatoush salad and some manakeesh. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The servings are very generous for the price. The owners are lovely too!
Amazing food ! Juiciest, flavourful, tender chicken kabob. Their hummus is to die for! So creamy and delicious. Can’t wait to eat here again.

It was my first time here, and I tried the meat pie, kafta wrap, manakish, and lamb wrap; all of them were incredibly tasty and fresh. The bread, meat, and sauces were full of flavor. Loved the tahini sauce! The staff were so lovely, too. I’m really happy I discovered this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone!
