I hadn’t eaten here in years until my order this past week. Overall it was a large portion for $20 (after taxes) and tastes pretty good but I was disappointed to see this completely burnt black piece of what I think is potato. I don’t recall this place having such a decline in quality years ago.
Liberty Shawarma is my benchmark by which all shawarma places are measured against. I have been a customer for well over a decade. Incredibly delicious spices, tabooli, great salad, kofta, shisha tawook; all the best here. The owner & staff are very pleasant.

Liberty shawarma is honestly the best shawarma place in all of the city but you have to get the dinner plate. It’s so filling and comes with different types of salad, along with rice, potatoes, hummus and garlic sauce. Most places no longer give you this much food. The portions were massive and the food was good. We ordered off Uber eats and I would just suggest that the hot sauce be given on the side or you have an option on the app for how much hot sauce the customer wants....read full review
