I've searched far and wide to find pistachio gelato with the same full flavor as the ones I've tried in Italy. Well, I've found it here. Don't be put off by the bright green color (normally a marker of sub-par pistachio gelato - in Italy it's white), this is the real deal. I was speaking with the staff and they import the pistachios from Turkey (which, according to my wife's research, produce the most flavorful nuts, along with Iran and Sicily)...
