The older lady who claims she is the owner of this franchise is incredibly rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. The way she speaks to customers is demeaning and unnecessary. Maybe she should retire.

Pizza came unsealed and side ways and open out of a grocery bag . I told the guy I dont want that. He said No its fine, reached in with his dirty hands and straightened it out. I refused the delivery , he then reported me as the trouble. I called the Resteraunt, They admitted yeah he never had a pizza bag but im not aloud to refuse delivery. I asked to speak to the manager and was told thats not possible. I called back many times for a refund but same answer so I had to do a charge back on my visa. This Restaurant is the worst at trying to help out there customer. They blame everything on door dash and tell you to call a help number that you can be on hold for up to 4 hours, probably longer , I dont know, I hung up after 4 hours on hold. Worst experience ever at a pizza chain.

I ordered the $5 cheese special in my app once I got to the store. Asked for extra sauce and well done because I dont think I could do it in the app itself and didnt try hard enough to find out.. Extra sauce but I wouldn't say well done. Still a great pizza and great service. Was there around 8:30pm on June 4. I will be back.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star to food quality. The pizza was so dry and tasteless. I have had Little Caesar before from other location and it was good. But this was worst pizza I have ever had. Either the location is bad or the food quality of this chain has degraded!!
very rude cashier, she told me to wait 10 mins, after 10 mins I entered the restaurant she said to wait 15 mins more in a verg rude manner, I don't know the name but she had Indian accent.

Ordered to LG pizzas 1 pep 1 Canadian (pep, mush, bacon) but when I looked at the pizzas there was no bacon on the 1 pizza when I asked for them to fix the problem or issue a refund they told me they won't do it, I then asked for a manger the women told me there is no manager and if I don't like it to bad that all I'm getting on my pies and one of the guys came from the back and stood next to a baseball bat mean mugging me other customers expressed concern and disgust and left the establishment. I feel like I was robbed by a corporation and it's employee's
