Ordered a pizza and never got the pizza. Only got my Cinnamon Bites. Was told to call customer support. Which the person on the phone told me they can only refund 50% of my order. Which of itself would of meant I paid over $15 on $5 cinnamon bites. The pizza was worth 75% of that order. That said they'll try to escalate it so get higher % refund but I need to wait about 10 days. Which given I waited over 40 minutes and ended up with no pizza. I think I should get a full refund.
This was my first and now last time I order from Little Caesars Pizza.

Service is fast and efficient. I normally just order from their app, and in few minutes, order is ready and you can pick it up from their self serving machine - this is the best part! You just pick it up from the machine and you don't even have to interact with any staff if you are in a hurry. Lots of choices and we really like this place. Glad that they opened a place in our neighbourhood.

On Oct.10 I ordered a pizza/Crazy bread for delivery on the Little Caesars app. After I ordered I noticed on the app it said my order was for "Pick up". I called the location and they told me that my order would be delivered. A hour goes by and no pizza was delivered. I called the location back and they said there were no drivers so I had to contact Door Dash to get a refund. I called Door Dash and they had no record of an order. I contacted the location back and they said I could not get a refund. It was really bad customer service to say the least.

We ordered pizza for our family and my kids were half way through their slice and they were not interested which is super rare, I look at the kids pizza and it's undercooked with gooey dough. We took it back to the restaurant and they said their shift had changed therefore they could not issue us a refund. Terrible service and terrible pizza. So sad, they could have been our go to pizza spot because we are so close.
