This is hands down the best place in the area to grab lunch. I used to go there every day when I worked downtown and I really miss it. The owner is the best. You can pick something more traditional from the menu or he'll just make you a plate and you won't be disappointed. He always has all kinds of meats, veggies and potatoes that he serves on different types of rice with lentils and gravy. He'll basically give you a ton of food for a very reasonable price. The picture doesn't do it justice. This man really puts a lot of effort into preparing his food and when you taste the different combinations of flavours that he'll pile onto your plate, you'll be hooked just like I was. I cannot recommend this place enough.
