Liu Yi Shou Hotpot in downtown Toronto is the perfect spot for anyone looking to dive into an authentic hotpot experience. The restaurant has a cozy, lively atmosphere, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. Their broth options are impressive; I tried the double-flavor pot, which gave us both a spicy and a mild base, offering the best of both worlds. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh, especially the variety of vegetables, tofu, and the succulent cuts of lamb and beef....
Tried hot pot for the first time as a vegetarian. It was a great experience, we got the buffet and for soup base: tomato and mushroom. We ordered a bunch of vegetables, tofu options and there is also some fried snacks that are very tasty. There isn’t much secret since it’s more like a do it yourself with all of the ingredients, but it was nice and worthy. Very friendly environment, and famous too! There was a line outside when we got there but we waited for no longer than...
