Night out with the boys and this was a great time! Service was amazing (thanks Victoria and the rest of the Lob staff!), food was really good, drinks are reasonably priced and the game itself is challenging. Great place with a great vibe.

We had our staff party here and it was a blast! Henry made the booking process seamless and took the time to answer all of our questions. Only down side is that the entrance is a bit hard to find. Will definitely be returning without the kids :)

My second visit was just as amazing as my first! Staff were super attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The game was more difficult than I thought, but fun nonetheless. Menu is a little pricey, but really, what isn't these days. I had the Lob Ball cocktail, which was delicious and my friend had a craft beer (it was a massive beer). We never felt rushed and completely understood the 2hr table limit, but because the place was not at peak times, they let us keep the table a little longer. We didn't order any food, but what we saw being brought to other tables looked really good (and good portions). Highly recommend going for a date, or friends gathering, or office get together.

Overall it was fine. The experience of the games is enjoyable depending on how busy it is.The part that they lost 3 stars is how difficult they are about their party rules and payments. Putting down a deposit, all good, all being on 1 bill, ok, auto 18% greats is again reasonable and expected. What’s not reasonable is that you can’t pay with multiple cards for a party.As someone who worked in the server/service industry for over 10 years and in some extremely busy restaurants, they make it way more complicated here than it needs to be. Just allow multiple people to pay when they want to leave. I wasn’t even allowed to get a single non-alcoholic beer at the bar because I had to get it from the party bill (with that auto-grat) so I opted not to get anything. But still needing to pay for the games before leaving I wasn’t allowed to just pay my part and leave.Really unnecessarily complicated and their claim is that too many people paying takes too long and gets complicated. Then a manager took up 15 extra minutes of my time (that I didn’t ask to see) to explain it all to me. Just let me pay and leave. Super straight forward, but clearly not.Whoever runs this place clearly has never truly worked in any high volume customer service jobs because this could have so easily been a 5 star but they opt to make things easier for their staff and more complicated for their customers, which shouldn’t be the case.Probably won’t go back.If you do go, don’t go as a party.(And please, I don’t want to speak to a manager, I didn’t even want to speak to the first one and wouldn’t have even left this review had they not wasted my time trying to explain away their inefficiencies to me)

Had the opportunity to visit Lob Toronto for a date night on Saturday. Really great place to bring your friends, partner or family (maybe not children).Food was good and decently priced - most cocktails are approx $15; the menu is quite small but satisfying. Music was great and got louder once the dinner service was done. Game itself is fun, can play as many rounds as you like, though tables have a 2hr limit (common).Had the nachos which were good, my date was really impressed with the double layered toppings. Service was great, complimentary coatcheck, can bring your drinks with you as you walk around. Overall great environment and would recommend.
