I read reviews prior to the reservation that a lot of guests had issues with the service. I would agree with that sentiment. The servers were very nice but it took a long time for someone to come to our table to greet us, food took long, drinks took veryyy long to come. Once our drinks arrived, one was missing so we all waited until everyone had a drink, but that meant even more waiting. Happy hour menu was not great value. Overall nice place, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Disappointing Service at Lobby I recently visited Lobby with high hopes, even though reading some bad reviews I said why not give it a try but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. First impressions Upon entering, the atmosphere seemed welcoming 2. Service: We waited to be greeted The restaurant was not busy. Our orders were taken there was no delays In that . The waitress mentioned to us that they had a special on the classic drinks for 10$ so we order 3 drinks when we received them it seemed there was no alcohol we mentioned this to the waitress and she gave us a rolling eye and walked away. To mention this to the bartender the bartender came over and explained to us how much alcohol was in that drink 1 ounce in a tall glass ? The staff's demeanor was indifferent, bordering on rude after we complained of the drinks. 3. Food While the food was decent, the poor service overshadowed any culinary enjoyment. It's hard to appreciate a meal when the service is lackluster. 4. When booking for reservations at Lobby we stated it was for a birthday in the booking. I did not have the chance to mention this to the waitress and waited to be asked if they want us to have a special service. Overall Experience In conclusion, the disappointing service greatly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future customers' experiences. Would not return because of the bad service .

Security outside is INCREDIBLY rude and arrogant.(Not bartenders...never got that far) Empty bar but they were over capacity, would only take people in who had reservations. Employee earlier said no reservations were needed after 10 pm. Haven't been out in years but would definitely never waste time to come here again. I'd rather be home sleeping then spending the supposed $6000 people spend in here to come in 🤣🤣 Good luck

The staff there is very rude ..made an appointment for 9:30 but it was rescheduled for 9 without asking..the reason given was lobby takes last appointment at 9 ..then y does ur online portal gives an option to book it for various times up to 10:30.. We were seated on a table and we were asked to leave the table as the manager rudely said it's a $2000 table and someone has already booked it.. The manger was very racist and rude ...

Lobby was fun for a girls night out. Food options limited but that was expected for a bar/lounge. Quality of the food wasn't the greatest. Our friends got their orders at seperate times, and our hostess forgot about a drink and a meal for the same person. Drinks were good. Overall would not come back to eat, but the vibes & drinks were worth it if that's what you are looking for!

Despite taking my reservation and their website saying they'd be open, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed on the day of my reservation. I called them and they gave no explanation.
I went for brunch with my 4 kids it was ok but honestly more items could be available such as bacon ,pea meal bacon ,steak as options to order if u want to ,the menu was too limited
Went on a saturday at 7 pm and we were the only people in there lol, if you're looking for a more lively ambiance definitely go much later, around 11 pm. The food was good but the portions of some items were small. I highly recommend their fries (prob the best fries i've ever had, tip: remove the parmesan) and their teriyaki sliders, soooo good! My boyfriend got the beef tacos and the calamari, he said they were yummy but the portions were small. If you're going to truly eat i highly recommend going during their happy hour!! The drinks were pretty good too, i loved the watermelon red bull cocktail. overall i liked it and would go back!

The restaurant is beautiful! Food is pretty good! I love how it turns into a nightclub around 11:30pm and it does get crowded when it turns into one. Also the DJ they had was amazing! The vibes were there! However the service eating at this restaurant was not so great it's just a long wait for things like our waitress took forever with our drinks and asking if we were ready to order food and etc. but other then that pretty good chill vibes!
