we has Jacqueline. The service was so good. She cared so much about my peanut allergy. She checked like several times to make sure it didn’t have peanuts. the food amazing literally so good if you go, get the bread because the bread was so good I’m definitely coming back.

I had booked a bottle service event for a friends' co-Bachelor/Bachelorette party for 25 people. I had my reservation confirmed and had spoken to a customer service rep on the phone with the details a month in advance. Two weeks before the event I e-mailed to check in about something and got an automated message saying the venue was closed the weekend prior due to City of Toronto maintenance. I followed-up the Monday morning before the event and got the same automated message. I also called and received no reply either by e-mail or phone. I ended up having to last minute book another venue for 25 people four days before the event. After the event, I emailed Lobby to express my disappointment at the circumstance and did not receive a single response - I was completely dismissed. I don't normally leave negative reviews but I'm quite disappointed in the complete lack of apology or even just an email back at all. This is not good business. It's a shame that Google doesn't allow zero stars. If you're planning an event and want a reliable venue, I definitely would not recommend this place!!!!!

Been here a few times for brunch and must say, the bottomless mimosa brunch is always the best experience! The chic and inviting ambiance makes it the perfect setting to catch up with friends.
The bottomless mimosas were absolutely fabulous—our glasses were never empty, and the bubbly was just right. The brunch tower, while beautifully presented, had a few items that were just average, but overall, the variety and flavors were enjoyable. It’s enough to share for 4 and honestly we never really end up finishing everything.
Our server, was an absolute gem. She ensured we had everything we needed and added a personal touch to our dining experience. The service here is always great.

I read reviews prior to the reservation that a lot of guests had issues with the service. I would agree with that sentiment. The servers were very nice but it took a long time for someone to come to our table to greet us, food took long, drinks took veryyy long to come. Once our drinks arrived, one was missing so we all waited until everyone had a drink, but that meant even more waiting. Happy hour menu was not great value. Overall nice place, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

We got bottle service for my birthday this past weekend and paid for 3 VIP booths and 5 premium bottles (patron and grey goose’s). Upon arrival the manager named Juan took us to the wrong booth and said that this is what we paid for. I told him we paid for the VIP section and that’s what we want and he started arguing with us.
After we showed him the email he apologized and took us to the VIP section, which wasn’t even set up, it was set up like a dining room with tables lined up like it was for a dinner, the dj and 6 of his friends were standing there. The music was horrible the service was horrible.
Would never go here again and would 1000% suggest you against booking a table here.
