I had the vegan Chorizo Burrito combo with salad and beverage. Super nice chief in a cool food hall. The food vendors don’t take cash only cc, you have to go to the bar to pay with cash. Delicious and highly recommend.
I had the opportunity to eat at Los Co Vegan at Assembly Chef’s hall and the food was great. I had the enchiladas and the coconut ceviche and they were so delicious. The restaurant is owned by acclaimed Chef Elia Herrera who has led the way in introducing Toronto to the amazing traditions of Mexico in a delicious and creative way.
