The experience at this restaurant was exceptional from beginning to end. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, every member of the staff made sure we were well taken care of without ever feeling rushed. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Each dish had a level of detail and finesse that truly reflects the quality of a fine-dining restaurant.
The cocktails were also excellent, well balanced, creative, and crafted with premium ingredients. It’s definitely worth trying a few if you enjoy high-end mixology.
To finish, the chocolate cake was absolutely delightful: rich, smooth, and perfectly indulgent without being overly sweet. A perfect way to end a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out or any occasion where you want exceptional food, drinks, and service.

We reserved half of the LOUIX Louis for approx 50 on Sunday for the tea service. We worked with an event organizer who was very eager to assist and helpful but it took many corrections to confirm details - nevertheless she was great to work with and I thought all details were ironed out. The servers on the day of the event were also exceptionally kind and accommodating even recognizing the challenge of such a large group. Being the host, I was most interested to impress everyone with such a posh venue and hoped for impeccable food and service. My first disappointment was they tried to have me and my guests leave by 5pm although we had the space until 530PM and at that point we were quickly ushered out for their dinner service. Later, I heard from numerous guests that they did not receive hot water for their tea so did not have the high tea service at all , some did not receive any savoury items on their tea tiers and some had their food and drink removed while still eating. This caused me great disappointment and embarrassment but as it was after the fact, I sent an email to the managers and organizers at the St Regis. I received no response whatsoever. I hoped for so much more at this price point and with the posh reputation of this venue. I am thankful for their staff but somewhere along that way many things fell apart. I spent nearly 9000$ that night and I expected better and feel very let down by the service but mostly the lack of acknowledgement afterwards.

We visited Louix Louis for breakfast and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming — the perfect place to start the morning.
I ordered scrambled eggs with bread, smoked salmon, potatoes, coffee, and orange juice, and everything was delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the smoked salmon was fresh and flavourful, and the potatoes were crispy and satisfying. Every item felt thoughtfully prepared and genuinely yummy.
The service was attentive, friendly, and impressively fast without ever feeling rushed. It really elevated the whole experience.
If you’re staying at the hotel — or even if you’re not — I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast. A fantastic meal in a beautiful setting.

Our server Vanessa was wonderful. The cake was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing! My daughter and I celebrated my birthday and Louix Louis made it so special!

Our server was friendly and kind - she was energetic. Food took a while to come out ordered the “power lunch” menu. Octopus appetizer was crispy but burnt other appetizer salmon tartar was nice. The salmon salad (on power lunch) was just spinach with salmon and a couple walnuts with ricotta, nothing creative. Manager didn't come to our table even though we did have a food runner who dropped off our entrees where he pushed my phone off table to make room, subsequently he dropped it on the ground cracking the screen on floor. He apologized but pretty disappointed overall with service and no recovery or support at all. Would not return
On Sundays and open table brunch menu is superb. The explanations were quickly provided. The service was impeccable but the food was superb. For the table top menu there is five dishes to share followed by an entre. Definitely worth a visit.

A perfect example of how cost does not equal quality. The food was bland and flavourless which they couldn’t even elevate with plating. The grilled octopus was boiled then grilled for looks with no flavour to the dish at all. I could barely tell I was actually eating anything. Though the lamb was cooked to the correct temperature it came out barely warm and the “herb crust” was little more than bread crumbs and dried spices that did little to elevate the non existent flavours of the dish. For this price point I expected fresh flavourful ingredient and quality meats. The “crispy” Brussel sprouts were burnt and soggy. Very dissatisfied but luckily I won’t be returning.
