Our server was friendly and kind - she was energetic. Food took a while to come out ordered the “power lunch” menu. Octopus appetizer was crispy but burnt other appetizer salmon tartar was nice. The salmon salad (on power lunch) was just spinach with salmon and a couple walnuts with ricotta, nothing creative. Manager didn't come to our table even though we did have a food runner who dropped off our entrees where he pushed my phone off table to make room, subsequently he dropped it on the ground cracking the screen on floor. He apologized but pretty disappointed overall with service and no recovery or support at all. Would not return

On Sundays and open table brunch menu is superb. The explanations were quickly provided. The service was impeccable but the food was superb. For the table top menu there is five dishes to share followed by an entre. Definitely worth a visit.

They didn't say no — they simply noted that coming downstairs for dessert would be fine, depending on availability. But upon arrival, we were told the upstairs area is never open for regular dining and is only used for events, which was confusing and inconsistent with the earlier conversation.

This was by far the worst service I've experienced in Toronto in a long time. We were a group of 6 and that means an auto gratuity of 18% and you can tell that they weren't even trying because that was a guarantee. We were there on a Wednesday and by the time our entrées came out, we had been there for 2 hours!! The food was just OK at best.

12 guests showed up for a milestone birthday. The place was very quiet and we never saw a manager at any point to greet us or check in. Everything was excellent, except our server. She was rude throughout the service. Not a single person at our table was impressed and most commented to me the hostess. At the end of the brunch she refused to split the bill of over $1500. Had we known in advance everybody would've simply brought cash , instead I ended up with 10 different e-transfers. Disappointing.

Food and ambiance was great. We celebrated our 12 year anniversary. I would of gave 5 stars but we waited almost 3hrs for our food! Also our first time bringing our 2 sons to anniversary dinner, our 6 year old son was excited for the tower chocolate cake but since it took soo long for the food to come out he fell asleep and missed the cake. The server was a apologetic but honestly waiting that long for food is not a good feel especially spending a good amount on dinner and drinks. So 4star rating is quite giving at this point.
