Came here for my bday with my hubby. The ambience and decor is beautiful. It’s as described. I expected above and beyond service and food but everything was subpar. It was average, nothing crazy. The ceasar salad was pretty fishy, the wagyu was very fatty. Our server was nice. Everything was ok/standard, but it wouldn’t be on my return list.

Nice & mellow atmosphere in the Morning/Noon if you’re looking for a chill Breakfast/Lunch. Good spot for an afternoon tea as well.Service is great! Our waiter took the time to recommend dishes as well as places to go during our stay in the city.

Beautiful space. I went for lunch with my husband and we both enjoyed our meals. I had the salmon and spinach salad which was fresh and delicious. My husband had the burger. It tasted good but wasn’t particularly notable. Do not pass up on the bread and butter for the table, it’s incredibly fluffy and tastes great! The team working there are friendly and helpful.

I’ve briefly visited this stunning place on Valentine’s Day before my flight.And I’ve had such a great time!All thanks to the server Jam - he absolutely made my day!He made sure service was quick, coffee was delicious, nice small chat - and I was the happiest ☺️Hope I’ll come back soon - thank you!

Went there for Royal brunch with my good friend. I’ll definitely go back. Loved it!Parking: Pretty easy. Affordable valet parking right at the entrance of St. Regis, restaurant is on the 31st floor.
Really Good dessert but the waiter was really rude, bad actitude, poor service. But the guy that brought us the cake was amazing you could really tell the difference on the actitude and service

I would recommend this place to anyone.The food was not fresh and unhealthy.The “fruit on the bread” had mold and the bread was hard and not fresh. It was impossible to chew it.The cake was “artificial”, layers were hard covered with bad cream. I do not recommend to eat it.The place was noisy and no live music.I would not recommend this place to my friends if you want to stay healthy with good working stomach. The floor and design doesn’t worth it + it’s quite expensive for the service they provide.

The food was terrible, moldy fruit, croissants were not fresh, they served sweets first, then the main food, the cakes were just bread and butter, tasted terrible and were decorated with synthetic cream from a can, this food is harmful and dangerous to health and disrupts digestive function human system, I want my money back because almost all the food was thrown in the trash . My stomach stopped after this visit to your restaurant.
Talk about grandeur ... incredible atmosphere and top notch service!I was here for a private event which was the highlight of the conference. Can't wait to go back to enjoy it as a restaurant!

Carlos was exceptional! We were running late to a Scotiabank show and he had us in and out in no time at all. 3 courses were perfectly timed! Wish we had made time for the chocolate cake!! Lol

After spending over $700 on Valentine’s Day, the food was terrible, I would have expected their dinner menu to be better.Also, the service that day was horrible, and we were treated a “certain” type of way.I wouldn’t recommend, and I would give less than 1 star if I could.

The mirrors were not clean either.The food was not worth the price imho - you'd expect skilled chefs preparing dishes that would satisfy your tastebuds, but sadly it wasn't the case for my visit. It was pretty basic, nothing special.However, despite my disappointment in food and cleanliness of the bathrooms, I really appreciated the quality of service. The staff members were very welcoming and accommodating. They wrote a card with 'Congratulations!' as I went there for a special occasion, which made the visit feel somewhat special, and I appreciated that.
