This is some of the best smoked salmon I’ve ever had (I’ve tried many different types). The flavour is strong and it’s fresh, never frozen. Love the ingredient combos - pickled red onions, cucumbers, capers, fresh dill. The hot smoked trout fillet is so fresh and soft (unlike frozen ones) and the trout salad is crunchy and delicious with some bread or crackers. I have Celiac and a dairy allergy and love their alternative options. The vegan cream cheese was amazing and the gf bagel so good. I also watched how the food was handled and felt comfortable even though I’m very sensitive. The plate was labeled df/gf which is a nice flag that suggested to me they were intentional and kept my allergies top of mind while prepping the order.
