I was so disappointed. New owners maybe from my last visit. Food was horrible, the dessert frozen leftover Metro cheesecake. One can tell by the mushy so called graham crust. Even worse was the over priced Sangria that tased like grape pop cut by water. 1.5 litres so close to $75 for grape pop. I had been many since the 90s and brought a date this time, and talked it up so much only to see disappointment on his face too.
Went to Lula Lounge for a birthday celebration with 8 girls—such a fun night! Great vibe, tasty food, and lots of dancing. Loved it!
It was the best experience ever My friends loved it and we couldn't stop talking about it The service was excellent the music was amazing I will definitely comeback and bring more friends
My fiance and I went with another couple to lulas for a date night and it did not disappoint! we had an absolute blast. food was good, music was good and the service was amazing! would totally recommend especially if you like latino music
Warm and Fabulous lounge and music
An setablishment for independent artists to perform and audiences to avoid Ticketmaster. Food is delicious as long as you note it's a snack menu. Drinks are a bit pricey. There's a reason Lula Lounge has been around for more than 20 years.
The food was tasty enough, nothing special, but the prices were ridiculous! $14 for a little bit of humus and one cut up pita.
We purchased tickets to see a concert at Lula Lounge on a Wednesday night. Right on Eventbrite it said “reserve a table for dinner”, so we did. BUT - we didn't find out until after we were seated that they weren't serving dinner that night, only a snack menu. As we really didn't want to lose our seats for watching the show and we were hungry, we decided to order a bunch of snacks. They were truly awful. Some hard, greasy tortilla chips. Supposedly pork pastor tacos which had two tiny bits of meat in each one with some frozen corn and canned pineapple. The hummus and pita was literally a tablespoon of commercial hummus with a few pieces of pita bread and the fries were way over-fried. We will never eat at Lula Lounge again because of our bad experience with the food. The space is so amazing as a concert venue but, honestly, try to eat your dinner elsewhere before going to the show.
Friendly staff and great vibes and the food is great.
I go to Lula often and usually have an amazing time, this time i went with friends because we were expecting Hector Lavoe tribute as it was announced and advertised . Sadly the band only played 2 songs in 2 hours which was extremely disappointing. As it is false advertising and the DJ terrible. Cutting the songs way too soon by the time we got to the dance floor he payed something else. Music was a disappointment.

For a Sunday night concert, my spouse enjoyed the Latin atmosphere, saying it transported her out of the city. We reserved for dinner, and got great sightlines of the stage. Sound was good, midsized venues for performances have become rarer. Service was attentive. The fixe prix menu on Fridays and Saturdays isn't offered on Sunday, the choices are regular menu.
Great venue, Great Service, Great Food, Great sound. There was nothing about this place (1st time) that my wife and I can say was below a 10. Jeff-Thornhill, Ontario.
The venue was clean, organized, tasty food, and polite and helpful staff
A great night. Good food, don't miss the blueberry cheese cake!
Great experience for my two guests that had never been there before. Food was very good and Dave, our waiter, was excellent.
