I really enjoyed my time. I did notice that there was 2 sweet 16 gatherings so thos night was a bit of a disappointment with so many young teens in one night but other times we're great 👍
Myself and my brother went to Lula lounge were we brought my niece to a 16 th birthday party . Made a reservation on open table after being told on the phone that they were completely booked . Bad communication. There was one server on the second level where we were . She did her best but they could have used another . The food is portioned controlled because of the 69.00 per person fee. The Jazz Room is great but I hope you could improve the experience of your customers. We got tickets for shared table however we arrived late and so as other customers who had tickets for shared tables but there were no tables available and they had to set them up at the back which only goes to show that they oversold. Lesson learned - arrive early otherwise you will be standing and waiting.
