it was a great Valentine's Day experience and the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. :-)

We did Winterlicious dinner before a show at RTH - the host was great asking if we had timing constraints and our server was great right up until the end of dessert when they disappeared as we needed the bill to make our show... For dinner - our mains were cooked fresh for us and were excellent - short ribs and salmon are both highly recommended but consider ordering off the main menu and skipping Winterlicious as our apps and desserts were not the same standard... The app squash salad was served chilled but the vegetables were shrivelled and seemed like they were cooked much earlier... and the desert cake was stale and poached plums were under-cooked... Overall would still recommend for the mains and 3/4 of the service provided.

Great food and solid Winterlicious menu choices — everything we ordered was well prepared and satisfying. Service was attentive and friendly, with special thanks to Bea for taking such good care of us. One small note: a couple areas of wallpaper and some pillars could use a bit of cleaning attention. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.

I genuinely haven't experienced service like this in my life. Left a note requesting a nice table for my valentines date, they gave us a lovely table, complementary shots and a custom personal letter. The food was amazing, fully the best date I've been on.

Wonderful experience right from the moment of arrival! We were made to feel valued and asked all of the right questions to get our experience started! We had tickets to a show and they asked that! Our server was brilliant, but many staff attended our table for various reasons and all were fantastic! The drinks and food were amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the excellent staff service and attention. We arrived early (before the restaurant officially opened) and we were warmly welcomed and, invited to sit at our table and order drinks and appetizers. It was ‘magic time' so there was a selection of food/drinks that were on half price. We were looked after so well by the host and serving staff - it was a breath of fresh air! We look forward to returning and highly recommend Luma!!

We loved the beet cheese salad and the pork chop schnitzel with spaetzle. Brought back memories of Vienna

Food was excellent. The service was also very good at the start - in fact the staff were almost too attentive - it felt like we were being asked about our food every 5 minutes. Alas after we had finished our mains we waited over 20 minutes before we were able to flag down somebody to take our dessert order. The end of our meal ended up being quite rushed after a very relaxing start.

The meal was pleasant and the food and service was good. There was a very very noisy group of people at the end of the room and it disrupted our dinner conversation. I wish people would be more considerate.

If I knew how to write a review through open door, I’d be giving this place 2 amazing reviews. I was there last night and my waiter dhyey was amazing and possibly the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was so kind and funny. We got along so well that I only wanna go when he’s working. The food was amazing and service was pretty quick. He gave good recommendations and I would recommend this place to anyone. Dhyey is the best waiter and that’s someone I want waiting me at a restaurant

We went for magic hour, which was a good deal. However, I’ve never had such a bad tasting espresso martini. The atmosphere and decor seemed a bit outdated but staff were friendly.

Went for a pre-show dinner and the service and food was fantastic. Got there just before happy hour ended and we were able to enjoy a nice cocktail before dinner. Definitely would go again.
