I had the best experience here omgggg. I’m still dreaming of the food (the octopus and the seafood rice thingy).
The owners are so nice and sweet. I’ll definitely recommend

3 of us dined here in a Saturday evening. We had the mussels, mushroom risotto and octopus. All dishes were excellent. The service was quite good, considering how busy it was. Even after we had long finished our meals, the server gladly replenished our water glasses. We didn’t feel rushed which was nice. We all agreed that we will return. Everything on the menu looked delightful!

Enjoyed a great meal here just last Saturday. Cozy place. Seafood is not an inexpensive dinner out, so it's the quality of ingredients and how they're cooked that matter. The rice dish for two was excellent, as were appetizers, and it was hard to go wrong with a dozen oysters, too. We received very attentive service, and we were able to just walk in and get a table without reservations (YMMV). Would like to see an expanded beer list but realize I'm in the minority.

Home cooked meal, non-franchise, the sea bass, cauliflower and jumbo shrimp were delightful! But the chocolate cake was mindblowing! Compliments to the chef and so happy to support a cute spot with love baked into everything :)

Had dinner here with my best friend and we really enjoyed the atmosphere (reminded us of the actual atmosphere of Portugal) Seabass was our favourite, octopus a close second. Very kind servers.

Came here for brunch and thought everything was pretty good, probably wouldn’t come running back but it was decent enough. Pleasantly surprised to find out they have a back patio.

Where do I start? Just popped in for a coffee en route to a food festival, the lovey Tanya enticed us to stay longer and enjoy some of Luna's beautiful food too. Staff were great, but Tanya was the cherry on top.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. Food here was nothing special with small portions. They ran out of avocados during brunch with the resturant being completely empty. Offered water down iced chai latte. Asked for a new one took 25 minutes to get the new one, arrived only when we were already ready to leave and went to the front to pay. Only to see basically the entire staff sitting at the front and eating instead or checking on patrons. Only thing that was decent here was them not charging for the latte at the end. Still provided a $5 tip even with this horrible experience.

Overall bad experience and don’t recommend this restaurant.

Luna is a hidden gem in The Junction! Beautiful cozy restaurant and the owners are so welcoming, and they have a dog friendly patio! The food is delicious and everything is made in-house from scratch. The cauliflower and shrimp appetizers were great as was the vegetarian pasta and the chocolate espresso mouse cake! Would love to try their breakfast / brunch too. Highly recommend.

We went to this restaurant because we happened to be in the neighborhood. It was later on in the evening and we were with another couple and wanting something tasty.

Boy, were we ever happy we chose to go in.

We shared a couple of appetizer; the Roasted Cauliflower and the Romaine & Radicchio Salad. Both were very tasty and sized right for sharing. With owner Tom's suggestion, we shared an order of Arroz de Tamboril e Marisco which is a Spicy Monkfish Rice Stew with Mussels & Jumbo Shrimp. Though the menu lists it as for 2 people, it was no problem to stretch the size to for 3. It is one of the Chef's specialties and it was delicious!

With wine that paired wonderfully and at a fair price, it topped the meal splendidly.

As it was a beautiful July evening, ate out on the back patio which had a wonderful ambience and away from street side patios and the cars and people. All in all, a wonderful meal and experience that frankly, none of us expected.

If in the area and hungry - give it a try!
