There are flies flying all around and sitting on food. It is also a little overpriced. But having so many flies in backery shop is redicolouse.

Tasty bagels here, a nice restroom. Great for a quick stop when doing a long run. The other baked items looked delicious too.

I’ve been buying Mabel’s whole wheat seeded sourdough for over two years, and the loaf has shrunk so much it’s now borderline ridiculous. What used to be a hearty, generous loaf (almost twice the current size) now feels like a small boule, yet the price hasn’t changed.

The bread still tastes great, but the value has dropped to the point of being misleading. I’ve mentioned this in-store before, but it’s now reached a point that feels absurd. At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if the next step is a price increase

stopped in for a croissant and a hibiscus tea and loved both. the croissant was perfectly flaky, buttery, and light — exactly what you want. the tea was super refreshing and hit the spot on a hot day. the space is cute and packed with little trinkets and pantry items you’ll want to browse through. feels like a neighborhood gem you’ll keep coming back to.

The multiple desserts I bought there were a big hit with my guests.
Very fresh , exquisitely delicious , not too sweet. My first time there… I’ll definitely return. The person who served me , was so sweet, genuine , helpful and most importantly.. patient

I’ve always loved this place, but haven’t been in a while. On a whim, I stopped on the way to work and got a walnut scone, and it was perfect. Best scone I’ve had in months. This place is exactly what a bakery should be, cozy, delicious treats, and most importantly, great bread.

Will stop there again soon.

Delicious treats and meals for those nights when cooking is just too much. The macaroni and cheese is amazing!! I went to pick up an order of several containers of mac & cheese for a family party tonight and there was a small problem, but the staff in store immediately apologized and offered to have it delivered to my home. The balance of the order arrived in about an hour with a box of shortbread as a sorry. Amazing customer service!! A true local gem. Go visit - you won’t be disappointed!

(EDITED 3 star bread is decent if you are willing to splurge. Post-owner's fair response on costs - still of the opinion baguettes should be priced fairly as it's meant for daily consumption; not a luxury purchase. approx 2-3$ would be right. ).

Figured would give a local bakery a try and support since we’ve just moved into the area. 8 dollars for a sourdough loaf - figured, well fair at times. But when it’s 5 dollars for a regular baguette, you know it’s overpriced. Can’t do a dollar to dollar comparison; bread is for the regular folk, priced accordingly almost everywhere in Europe ($2 baguette in France..). Bakeries here are a luxury unfortunately; those who can afford it - buy bakery baked items and those who can't, buy supermarket bread with 20+ ingredients which harms every part of your insides.

They have the best cinnamon buns I've ever tried ☺️

I used to come here often and I'm sad to say it's become worse over the years. Today I had a cheese croissant, the taste was ok a but overpriced: didn't taste fresh and wasn't offered to warm it up either. The service was subpar, as I lined up, when my turn came about they made me wait and asked people behind me if they were there first (as if I skipped the line?). It felt rushed, like they don't care if I come back or not. Probably won't after this experience.

Their seeded sourdough bread is very fresh and yummy. All it needs is some olive oil or salted butter.

Not Smashing IT!

This bakery used to be so good years ago.

It appears they may just be going downhill and in a very bad way as well.

The products may look appealing, but once you bite into them, you'll realize immediately that the taste and quality just isnt there.

And they're very expensive as well.

I used to always buy the Sour Dough Bread. And it used to be so good!

Yesterday, I purchased the Sour Dough Bread, and it just didn't have that same flare and zippiness to it that it used to. It also looks a lot smaller. For $7.99, that's a ridiculous price to be charging considering the lack of quality.

I also bought this Cinnamon Loaf. It looked so good sitting there on top of the showcase! But it cost a ridiculous $8.99, but i thought hey way not give it a try they clearly can't muck up a cinnamon loaf, now can they? Oh yes, they can

Yikes.

When I got home and dived my teeth into the cinnamon loaf to my great sadness, it was extremely dense and dry. It lacked sweetness, and I didn't even taste any cinnamon. It wasn't fresh either, which really upsets me. I could have used it as a door stopper come to think of it ?

Listen, if you're going to call yourself a bakery and you're going to charge the prices that you charge, you better be using good quality ingredients, and those products better be fresh. Very fresh. Not day old.

So, all in all, I spent $18 bucks on not very good quality products.

It's too bad because this bakery was really good one time, but what you see just doesn't deliver when you give the food a taste.

Two years ago, I bought their homemade strawberry jam, and when I got home, it was pure water. I knew right then and there that this bakery, in my opinion, was tanking.

So yesterday, when I decided to give them another try, I realized immediately that it looks like nothing has changed since that strawberry jam incident of two years ago ?

The quality of the food is dull, not very flavorful, and way WAY too overpriced.
