Ordered an entree and was absolutely disappointed with how small the portion is. $15 for something so small is shameful. I don't mind paying more for things as I understand how things have gotten more costly but to use a small bowl that's tapered to a cone and portion size is so small where I'm still hungry after spending $25.
Bathrooms needs more attention and better hygiene needed for table cleaning and overall cleanliness.

Nice restaurant and food but it’s def overpriced
This place gets quite packed on weekends, and since it’s not a huge restaurant, try to avoid peak dining times (they dont take resos). All the food we got was very enjoyable and good to share. My favourite was their Sukiyaki Hotpot. Many people, including us, see their dessert honey cube towers and are tempted to order it. While my entite group agreed it looks better than it tastes, I still enjoyed it. Worth a try!

I had a positive experience at their Markham location, where the food and dining atmosphere were great. I was hoping for a similar experience at their Yonge location, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. We ordered the Spicy Numbing Soup, and shortly after, experienced food poisoning. When we called the restaurant, no one took responsibility. Instead, they insisted the food was prepared correctly and suggested that perhaps we couldn’t handle the spice. As people of Asian descent who are accustomed to spicy food, this explanation felt dismissive. They also emphasized that all their ingredients were fresh and cooking standards were followed. It took quite a while to convince them to issue a refund. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience at this location. I would recommend trying different dishes if you visit, but my main advice is that the restaurant should handle customer concerns with more understanding and not reject their faults so confidently.

Food was okay but poor service. Rushing me out within 1 hour and there was no waiting. Disappointed!

Wanted to go but when I went inside it smelled so bad I had to leave
Very popular. I was lucky and went after peak dinner time. Was still busy then.
I fancied something spicy so ordered the House special mini hotpot. There is meat, seafood, tofu, vegetables, and some instant ramen to soak up the flavors in the spicy soup at the end. I went for the regular spice level. I could feel the sweat bead on my face, but I enjoyed it!
The dish is kept bubbling with what I think is paraffin jelly. It does burn fast, and I had to ask for more to keep the hotpot going. They tipped it up and relit it quickly, so my meal wasn't interrupted.
Will come back and try one of the sizzling hot plate meals. Everyone else seemed to have one, so can't be bad!

Delicious food with wide variety, a little pricey but it’s well worth it!
The atmosphere is very akin to that of casual late-night restaurants in asia. The sounds of loud conversation almost becomesa lively background soundtrack. The portions are big and they don’t skimp out on the meat. Quick & efficient service.

Honestly, pretty cool place. We came here on Halloween night. The food is delicious and the staff are nice. I love the bubble tea fountain thing, the toppings in it are better than most bbt places. I didn't take a photo of my meal but it was one of the rice dishes I think. Really good though.

Personal opinion: a bit too oily and salty. Sausages were nice with rice, but the pork belly was greasy. Quality of food is good.
