If you’re looking for a satisfying and affordable lunch in downtown Toronto, Mabu Generation is such a gem! I came in for their $19.99 lunch special and was blown away by the value — you get a main (I tried the braised minced pork with rice AND the pork belly, both so comforting and flavourful), plus a side, dessert, and a drink.

I really loved the dessert here! I tried the mango pomelo sago and it was amazing – creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with sweet mango, a hint of citrus, and chewy bits that made every bite fun. Definitely a favorite!
