The people very friendly and I like the wine
Service is excellent. The clerk was very awesome and understanding. I think her name is either Lisa or Lucy. Either way she helped us with everything. Unfortunately fermenting juice instead of wine was purchased, and there was an accident in the car. However, when I returned next time the clerk was very approachable and explained the difference between wine and fermenting juice. Therefore the same mistake was not made twice. She also gave a discount for the mishap. She was very nice ?
Very clean, very organized and the grapes were excellent. The staff went out if their way to help me when I asked a bunch of questions about what equipment I needed for the next steps in wine making. Definitely going back next year.

The ladies at the the front desk were amazing! Etelvina and her colleague today deserve 15 out of 10! Very helpful and acommodating.
Also Arthur at the dispatcher section, was super helpful, he found everything i needed and did not leave me until he found all the items to complete my purchase.

Semi- trucksIf you coming via 401. Take Black creek exit then left on Weston road then Left on St. Clair and Right on Caledonia park road. Beware because you have to take a big wide turn to make right on Caledonia. Hope this helps. I'm adding dock picture as well.
