We had a wonderful experience. Food, drinks, entertainment excellent. Our server Jaylie was very attentive and professional- great customer service on her end. Only downside are the hostess while checking in and out. Not presentable and gracious- they kill the vibe with their lack of wholesomeness when you walk into an establishment of this caliber. Please consider getting new hostess or training them properly on welcoming customers. They leave us with a very negative first impression. They are very arrogant.

Hi there, This was the second time at the restaurant. My service was pathetic. The servers didn't seem to be nice enough. As they were just forced to work . She cleaned the table while we were eating . I still had food in my plate and she took it away. She kept rolling her eyes on whatever we asked . As she wanted us to leave right away. The past server I had was the same she followed us to the bathroom for the bill as we were running away. I mean this is not nice at all. And wanted order more food but she kept ignoring us . I would never come to the restaurant again and will not recommend anyone going there .

Overall we had a great night! Vibes were amazing, if your looking for a fun energy this def is the spot ! However if your a foodie this isn't the place, portions were very small and it just wasn't very good for the price your paying. Drinks were good tho!

I'd like to share my disappointment with the service during my recent visit. We had a table booked for two hours, but before our time was even up, the next group came to our table and told us they needed it right away. While my guests were in the washroom, the next group even sat on their coats. I asked the staff for just a few minutes to finish and leave, but the situation was handled very poorly and made us feel rushed and disrespected. This was unprofessional and left a very negative impression.

I enjoy this restaurant. I often come to Mademoiselle for drinks and nightlife on the weekends. Great ambiance and decor. I've eaten twice here and I enjoy their food. The Lobster Spaghetti I recommend and their cocktails! Worth it.

This restaurant delivered the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The staff were shockingly rude and made it clear that only their regulars mattered. At one point, we were asked to switch tables because one of their regulars wanted ours, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Ironically, the regulars they moved us for didn't even arrive until our time limit was already over. Throughout our meal, we were repeatedly reminded about the time limit, even though part of our dining time was wasted moving tables. We didn't even have the chance to order dessert because the waitress brought us the bill without asking. When we asked if we could stay a little longer to watch the game, we were told we'd need to spend At least $1,500 to do so. When we tried to share our concerns, one of the staff members actually said, “If you weren't treated nicely, why are you still here? Just leave.” That really summed up the attitude of the place. Overall, the service and atmosphere made us feel unwelcome. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a respectful or enjoyable dining experience.
