OK, I was coming here for a birthday party was so excited for this place, but it turned out to be disaster because the cooling system sucks. There is no cooling system in effect and it ruined the vibe and we had to leave. After paying 700$. This is so bad because youâre drinking with the heat exhaustion couldâve turned out to something really bad. management staff werenât really helpful. All they said was how can we do better for you? Can we move your table? move your table to where maybe outside because moving my table wasnât going to do anything But thank you for the consideration. Mademoiselle please reconsider fixing the problem. This was a 40th birthday party.

the server who was serving VIP guests for reservation saturday night upstairs(aug 2nd) was extremely rude to our table of nearly 10 and yanked the menu out of my face after she asked me âare you done?â and then the menu hit my face. mind you, we were vip guests and extremely nice and on time for our reservations and she hit the menu in my face and never apologized and all the people in our table found her extremely rude and kept wondering why she is being abnormally rude to people who expect vip service. will not come back specifically bc of her; vip service here is not up to par. donât be dependant on this establishment.

We enjoyed out time thoroughly in the venue. The only problem happened at the check in. The hostess was so arrogant assigning us a table. We had a reservation for 12 AM and we were kept waiting for 45 mins with alot of empty tables. Even if the tables were empty they kept us waiting and found the hostess talking about us and being racist. However we found micah, he was amazing and accommodated a table in our section. We wanted to have bottle service and we bought a bottle from him. He was the nicest guy we met in the entire venue and we loved him. He made sure that we are doing fine and touched the table on time. I loved his presence and care. We love you micah. But hostess can do better by not judging the guest and not accomplishing guests need. Overall it was fun.
