This place is now known as “Sarvi” after the takeover of new management. However, the food taste continues to be excellent. We ordered vegetarian food here, Mushroom masala and Paneer masala. Both veggies were delicious in taste, in addition, they provide a real whole wheat roti (Indian bread) without any mixture of other flour that makes the quality even better. Highly recommend this restaurant if you wish to taste the authentic Indian food in downtown.

I visited this place with my friends. We ordered dosas. The sambar was overcooked that it gave a bad odour and taste. ( to be precise- Paruppu theenji pona smell).We do not spend 15$-16$ to adjust the mistakes made in the kitchen. If you get to know that the food is not fit for serving, you should request the customer to go for a different option or at least let hem know the situation and serve new.Also, me and friends who stay near this venue ordered food from this restaurant a few times and commonly noticed that we are getting bad stomach aches after eating it. After this incident, we abruptly stopped visiting or ordering here. It is very important to maintain hygiene and not add ingredients that are not good for gut for the sake of taste.

Excellent Food! Ist time, I had a Great Indian food in Toronto with great prices and the lady is very welcoming, Very friendly. Peaceful and Clean atmosphere. Loved it, would recommend every Indian to try once at least. The food was really quick and the handoff was very humble! I ordered Veg Biryani and Masala Dosa, and it was less oily and yummy. What else you want :) Trust me, You'll definitely come back for more.

I stumbled upon this new South Indian / Tamil spot and decided to get a quick lunch, and was not disappointed!The chicken biryani was amazing, with that signature South Indian heat. The Raita was on the sweeter side, but balanced out the spice perfectly. It also came with some other sides and a small gulab jamun dessert. Not bad for a <$15 lunch. Will definitely be back to try the dosas.
