Discovered this spot during the 48 film fest. Such a nice vibe. Big enough for large groups. Has a pool table and does chess nights and a bunch of other cool events. Beer is cold and food is great.

From the large, scenic patios that hang off huge Victorian rooms that appear to be an integral part of three connected Victorian Mansions; to the Piano Bar act; to the wide selections of Cocktails, Beer & Wine (By the bottle); all complimented by homemade Pub Grub...Awesome! There were very few of us this lunchtime and yet we waited a long time before being served (the waiter seemed to be on break at the time we came).
Very good sandwich, burger and fries!!
For more atmosphere, go there in the evening!
