We were going to order guacamole and chips for appetisers and asked for her recommendation for an extra dish and she recommended to order corn ribs and Flautas instead and honestly, we couldn’t have had anything better than that!

I had the worst experience dining at Reina De Mexico. While the food itself was just okay, the customer service was extremely disappointing.
We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food — it literally took hours. No staff member could give us a proper answer about when our meals would be served. What made it worse was that we could clearly see our drinks sitting ready for a long time, yet they were not brought to our table even after we had finished our appetizers.
When we asked to order another drink, the staff responded by saying they couldn’t say how long it would take since it was our second drink order. That response was shocking and unprofessional.
This was supposed to be a special occasion dinner, and the poor service completely ruined the experience for us. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Amazing, scratch made elevated Mexican food with fantastic, enthusiastic and caring service from Dani and an incredible orchata made by Gabriel. Will return 100%
