We had a mostly good experience, we were two families with 3 young kids and we all enjoyed the food and drinks, kids included. However, there was a large delay (somewhere around 20+ minutes) where we were left with the bill but our waitress did not come with the machine to actually charge us. We were also supposed to split the bill and had requested that from the onset. Someone else ended up coming to charge us when I finally decided to stop waiting and ask for help, but our bill...
The food is freshly prepared, tasty and beautifully presented. Well-paced. The service is attentive and very friendly. The ambiance is great. Found the seat somewhat hard after sitting awhile.
Had such a great time at Madrina! The atmosphere in the Distillery District is warm and lively, and the tapas and cocktails were spot on. Shout out to Nick, who made the night even better with his thoughtful recommendations and great conversation. Every dish he suggested was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, flavorful night out in Toronto!
