Don’t trust them! I placed an order at the wrong location, I realized my mistake within one minute, called them and told them not to make my pizza and asked to stop the charge. They said their manger would refund, so I called an hour later to confirm, they said I would see the refund within 5 days.
After 3 weeks, I still didn’t see it and called again. They said “oh we don’t know anything about that” I explained my situation again and was promised the manger would call me. No calls, they stole over $50 from me with this order.
I have heard from that because they closed the Ajax location people have made the same mistake as me and this had happened a few times and people have not been able to receive refunds. In my case I called after a minute before they even made it.

Totally taken advantage of just like others in similar reviews if you read. Ordered online from the website and selected the Ajax location; it defaulted to pickup (and I wanted delivery but not a big deal - that is a minor problem in comparison). When I showed up they said it was sent to the TORONTO location and they got no order. Staff told me there have been bugs with the website and app for months (I think it is more like years) and there was nothing they could do. They said they get a least 1 customer a day complaining about the site/app. I have ordered before with no issues so why the heck would it go to a location I never even selected? Buggy site and app is why!
When I called the Toronto store as I didn't have time to drive another 2 hr 15min+ to go there and back, they said they would just cancel and that I would get a refund. Well guess what, no pizza and no refund. Charged for food I never even got. Totally wasted my time and took my money. I was scammed by them - I would give 0 stars if possible.
If you do order, I recommend placing a phone order and reference the web site. DO NOT actually order through the site or through the app. It is total garbage.
