Charming and bright space tucked away behind a Queen St clothing store. Friendly staff and delicious dishes, with the honey date grilled cheese being the standout. It beautifully balanced sweetness, tanginess, and spices in the dipping sauce. Adorable cappuccino foam art!

There's the famous Maha's but they also have a cafe along Queen, where I chose to be an eggplant fanboy like always. Roasted to a gooey consistency that brings out its natural sweetness, amplified with the roasted beets. It's contrasted with a tangy and nutty slathering of tahini and hummus.

One of my favourite places in Leslieville to get some reading or work done. The hummus and beet salad are the perfect snacks. The espresso tonic is my favourite drink here (the lattes are a close second). If you’re planning to get work done, I recommend bringing earphones/earplugs because the music can be on the louder side. Staff are always fantastic!

The date grilled cheese is so worth coming here for. Loved the sauce it came with as well. Unfortunately the service wasn’t the best. super warm and welcoming to the person before me but immediately was cold to me for some reason. Besides that, the potatoes were not hot and were almost cold.

Also it took me five minutes to find the entrance. Google maps gives you the wrong one. You have to go around at the traffic light

Tried the eggplant sandwich. Wow! Super tasty, would come back for this and to try the shrimp sandwich. Also the Egyptian tea was really good.

This spot has quickly become one of my neighborhood favorites! The food, coffee, and baklava are simply delicious. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's my top choice for a coffee break or a quick lunch whenever I'm working from home. Highly recommend!

So, there was this barista named Aren—might've messed up the name, but whatever—dude was super cool and the coffee was on point. You gotta hit up the hazelnut latte. It's legit. Enjoy!

Really loved this cafe and the cold brew! It’s tucked at the back to KOTN but is very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. They don’t allow laptops if you’re looking to work here but is a great little place to read your books :) the pita was delicious as well and they have lots of little snacks to try!
