Look. I love the pizza. But the service from this location is the worst. Out of the last 4 orders from this location in the last year, there have been mistakes with the order, or the pizza is cold when it gets here because they put it in an uber and they don’t deliver in a timely manner. Tonight, I waited an hour and 30 mins. This was 30 mins after the pizza was to be delivered and 20 mins after I called Maker and they told me to wait another 10 mins. When I finally got my order, not only was it cold, the order was - once again - incorrect. And yes - I got a refund, but the point is customers should be able to order and have a good experience. I want to support this small Canadian company - but it is becoming increasingly difficult when the only thing that is consistent is the disappointment.

the GOAT. I've been an enthusiastic evangelist of their Tropic Thunder pizza ever since I discovered it 5 years ago. I've converted at least 10 families to become extremely devoted to Maker Pizza, some of whom have become evangelists themselves. Every time I've a friend visiting from abroad (including the US) or out of town, I take them to Maker Pizza and it has never failed to impress. The sheer quality of their ingredients - the dough, the tomato sauce, the cheese - is more than enough justify their above-average pricing.
Also try their creamy garlic dipping sauce... (There used to be a time when Maker didn't even carry dipping sauces because they were confident the pizza was too good for anyone to need any of that. But now they came up with this creamy garlic sauce and topped the dipping sauce game.)

Most unfortunate...their pizza is very good to excellent. The delivery service is poor. Today is the record late delivery 1.25 hours late from the committed Delivery time. I could have made and eaten pizza at home. The delivery service did a milk run...pizza was cold. They did give me a credit for my next pizza (not sure that will happen)... basically the pizza went in the fridge when it arrived as we had other commitments. Be warned!
