Very weird order taking and delivery system. Made an order for the first time, but after almost two hours didn’t receive it. Called them, they said we “forgot” about your order!! And asked to wait another 35 minutes!! Cancelled it right away. Why should I wait for almost 3 hours to get a mediocre pizza while living couple blocks away?

Hands down, the best pizza in Toronto - the best I've ever had to be quite honest. Frank's Best is just the best. Wow. I don't know what else to say... just try it! I do love the spicy garlic dip, and I love spice, but I still find it have to spoon out most of the seeds, lol. But once I do, it's probably the best dipping sauce also - I just wish they had a medium with all th oil and fewer seeds. Sometimes I repurpose this on another recipe though.

The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. The person I dealt with was dismissive, uncooperative, and made me feel like I was a burden just for asking for help. It was clear they had no interest in providing even the most basic level of customer service.

The employee I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and acted as though my presence was an inconvenience. If this is how they run their business, I’d strongly advise people to stay far away. Price is ludicrous. Pizzaillo is comparable in quality and half the price.

Disgusting!! Cold...I leave a 5 minute walk away and it took 20 minutes ove3r the time indicated!! They do not seal their box and it looks like the Driver ripped off the first layer as I ordered extra cheese and there was no cheese!! Box totally wet with grease!!

I’ve heard lots of good things about this pizza place so wanted to come try it during my lunch break. I got a cheese slice and was waiting for it to be warmed up. I was watching the guy put my pizza in the oven, went on his phone, took out my pizza and literally touched my pizza with his finger (without washing it after being on his phone) to see if the pizza was warm enough. Then put my pizza on a plate and used the same dirty fingers took a bunch of Parmesan and sprinkled it on my slice! Mind you, this is also all without gloves haha. I mean being on your phone is one thing and I genuinely don’t care about that, but at least wash your hands before you touch my food again dude. I ended up letting the cashier know what I saw and they didn’t even bother apologizing or trying to make it right. They just said ok that was the last slice so you’re going to have to wait 15 minutes for another pizza to be made. So sad because I was actually excited to try this pizza and know what all the hype is about but after seeing that no thanks.
Just tried Makers Pizza for the first time, they really made us feel welcome the second we walked in the door. I tried the spicy vodka pep and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and really goes out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!

Found an eye lash in the pizza. Throwing this away . I ordered the pepperoni and they advertise the pizza as one that’s covered in pepperonis. Mine looked like this shop is trying to skimp out on the pepperonis. Just look at my picture. That’s a sorry ahh looking ah slice
