This location is a waste of your money, ordered a pizza for delivery through the online site, there was some malfunction and it turned into a pick up order. Asked them to have it delivered, and they said at 9:30pm they had no drivers. They said call in the morning to speak to the owner to get a refund. I called the next day and they said he wasn't in yet.. called again the next day, they said call back in 15 and then didn't answer the phone.. then I called from my work phone they answered and said oh sorry call back in 5 mins, then when I did, they didn't answer again... I called from my cell with a blocked number, and they no longer picked up the phone.. had to get it disputed through the bank, because they refused to reimburse!
Absolutely the worst location to order from, and I love this franchises food... DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

Don’t order from here..they don’t deserve a star. Hung up on us…called back and placed an order for pickup . Was told to come in 30 mins. Got there…they didn’t place the order….they didn’t even care…rude…entitled….Mama’s corporate should NOT be approve this location….horrible…horrible service. If the owners see this..you need to do something about your staff.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my son and I. The pizza has no taste, tastes like candle wax. I don’t think they’re using real cheese. And the tomato sauce has no flavour. I will not be ordering pizza from this chain again.

I placed order through Uber eats and got fettuccine Alfredo, paid extra for chicken and never got the chicken and not even the ham that's supposed to come with it. It basically was just plain pasta with cream sauce. No flavor. Very cheap on the tomato sauce too on the penne. Very disappointing. Won't be ordering again from this location.

This is the second time in a row that I ordered the fettuccine pasta that is supposed to come with ham and paid extra for the chicken but only received the pasta with no chicken or ham in it. How hard is it to simply get an order correct. Please double check your orders .

I ordered pizza from this location every Friday for nearly three years, and it was great. However, since new ownership took over about 9 months ago, we started experiencing burnt pizzas. The last one was so bad we couldn't eat half of it. Despite explaining the issue, the replacement pizza was still burnt and only half the size of our original order. Management seems indifferent to complaints, responding with shrugs and hopeless looks. We loved Mamma's Pizza, but now we have to drive to a different location to enjoy it.

Ordered delivery at 5:33 today, still not arrived at 6:41. I called to ask about it and the driver hasn't even left yet apparently and then they hung up on me. Terrible customer service!
