Bishakha is so friendly and nice. Thanks for your service.
I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent order in the Mammas Pizza Harborfront location . I placed an order for a large Margherita pizza, a large Meat Amore pizza, and 20 chicken wings, with some assorted soda cans.
Unfortunately, the delivery arrived late and the entire order was cold upon arrival. Even more concerning, I discovered a dead fly in the Meat Amore pizza, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns.
Additionally, the BBQ sauce for the wings was missing, which made the wings dry and unappetizing without the intended accompaniment.
This experience fell far below the standard I expect.
Amazing thin-crust style pizza, and so happy that they have plant-based options (had the plant-base sausage). Great walk-in specials as well.
Amazinggg SERVICE!!!!!! they were so kind and full of smiles. I was taking long ordering and I felt loved still not hate!! And the foodddd ohhh my goodness the pizza was amazing and freshhh! You all have to try them!!

I wish I could give zero stars. How do you mess up reheating a slice this bad? The edges and bottom were burnt black, and the cheese was hot enough to burn the roof of my mouth. If you’re that negligent you can just microwave to give the same injury minus soot.

Great prices, great food. Consistent. Always get delivery and always love it. Lasagna, ravioli, sandwiches, pizza: all good. Decent portion size, fresh ingredients, easy order. My local is amazing but I can't comment on the other franchises. Great value.

I want to like this place. Neighborhood pizzeria and sandwich spot.
What I got wasn’t a sandwich. It was a bunch of ingredients with a torn & soggy bun pressed on top. Need utensils to eat.

I happened to stop by this place while passing by. The interior was small and the pizza overall was a bit dry. It was okay to eat a slice while walking around the harbor front as a snack.

Horrible experience, placed an order on too good to go. Went there they told me to go away, they had no food for me, that i could cancell my order. Too good to go allow you to cancell 2h prior pick up. I explained that they have to cancel, they didn't care and didn't even know. As a pregnant women waiting fir my food, they were asking to leave. What a shame, the owner is an idian scamer who doesn't care about customers and the staff are lazy. Avoid this place at all cost. They lie to your face with no problem. It also happened to a bunch of people who ordered from too good to go.

The owner purposely rips people off.
My wife and I have had 3 Too Good To Go orders from this location all refused. They list their goods on the app but never fulfill orders. Anyone who uses the app knows that there's no refunds, and the merchant has to cancel the order if they cannot fulfill it. They basically scam people into placing orders, refuse the order in store, and hope the customer doesn't dispute it with the app.
The owner is a tiny angry little man that makes his employees explain their BS lie to customers and then plays the victim of the "app" because there's "nothing he can do".
How about removing your listing from the app if you do not have the goods.
Today was the last straw, there were multiple customers in the shop with the exact same problem, waiting for the owner to provide a valid explanation/refund. Owner refused to provide the orders or cancel from his end. He ended up saying that all the customers were being unfair and kicked everyone out.
People like this should not be working in food service industry, let alone owning a shop.
