The pizza was great, and the service of the person who took our order was lovely, however they had a hand sanitizer dispenser that had bleach in it. Not only was that not marked anywhere (who expects bleach in their hand sanitizer!), but it's really toxic to sanitize hands with that right before handling food. In addition, later in the evening i noticed that a drop of it had fallen on my shoe, which ruined a $150 pair of shoes. Thoroughly unimpressed with that.

Ordered for team lunch.Delivery service was prompt.By the time it was as delivered,Pizza was cold and too chewy.Taste was average.I would explore other options for the next time.

They were to busy heating a slice for a non-paying customer who told me Canadian lice will pay anything to properly cook the pizza i ordered and paid for..unfortunate as mommas is usually top notch

Horrible service.They always delay online orders ,for over 2 hours. Faced this 2 times.Never ordering again.
Having spent the day sick as a dog after eating bad food elsewhere in the area, I braved their honey chili pizza and WOW amazing! The crust is fluffy, but not thick, it's the perfect topping to crust ratio. Normally after commercial pizza we end up bloated and just gross, but not after Mama's. Highly recommend this restaurant?

Came here for a slice. Asked for xtra tomato sauce on my slice and when it was ready the lady working yesterday night put ketchup on my pizza. I told her why is there ketchup on my pizza and she tried to tell me ketchup was tomato sauce. I literally tasted the ketchup with my finger and behold it was ketchup. I literally became upset and told her here in Toronto tomato sauce is what you base on pizza like marinara sauce same thing but ketchup is not tomato sauce for pizza like base sauce. I asked for new slice and to speak to the manager. She told me the manager wasn’t available when he was standing in the back of the place. She then gave me a nee slice with cold marinara on side as i asked for it heated on pizza while in oven. The pizza was stale too very hard to digest so i threw it out. The manager then who wasn’t available to talk asked me on my way out how was the pizza and i have to be honest the service and knowledge of staff is horrifically bad. The pizza is usually good at this location and now it was terrible last night. Fyi Tomato sauce is not ketchup! I am super annoyed by how i was left as a customer here. Probably won’t ever come back or order from this location again brcauseof these two incompetent workers that worked last night on shift. Not to mention, I am a restaurant server in Italian foods and this is all not good for business. Hire people who can do the job and know what pizza and sauce is, so simple!
