I ordered food through Too Good To Go, but when I went to pick it up, I was treated like a beggar coming for scraps. I’ve used Too Good To Go many times before, and even when the portion size was small, I was never treated like this.
This time, when I told the staff member I was there for a Too Good To Go order, his expression immediately changed and he said, “There is nothing,” without even checking. I felt dismissed and disrespected. Then, when I tried to cancel the order through the app, he suddenly approached me and said there was food available.
When I mentioned the poor customer service, he responded by saying that he’s not making any money from this.
I'm okay with receiving a small portion or even if there isn’t enough food, but I expect to be treated with basic respect. This experience was disappointing and uncomfortable.

Fresh dough fresh ingredients tasty sauce just for the right price.
Walked in and politely asked if they would be making any (vegetarian pizzas ) as there were no options for walk-in slices. The lady gave me an insane amount of attitude for no reason at all. If you want more customers, I feel like you should just answer the question with manners instead of attitude completely unnecessary.

The attendant was very rude I think he was drunk. The owner should take strict action against him. I will never return to the store. I ordered the pizza but got the wrong pizza and I called he was damm rude and talking with the same tone which was similar to when I went to there store. I don’t know his name but he was in his late 30s and work at night shift on Saturday.
