It’s just subpar in everything. For 12-16 bucks literally everything else would be better tasting and higher quality.
I order my food, paid, and asked for a receipt. Their receipt printer wasn’t working and they advised to email them for a copy. I emailed and they never replied. Really annoying. Food was ok, as you would expect from food court fast food
I sais three vegetable item. They gave me two because noodles are not vegetables. 14.69 is expensive and the cashier was very rude telling me that eggplants are more expensive than meat and making assumptions about me not knowing about it. Vegans, don’t waste your money here. There are better options and kinder people elsewhere.

I have nothing to say, just look at this picture and you will get it. They charged me 14.69$ for this 3 item veg special and he gave me only 2 veggie and said that’s 3 item.

I had 3 veg items. I was shocked to receive such low quantity. The container was not even half filled. The food was no where near $14 for such quantity and taste, not even enough for 1 person.

1st visit, 7Aug24: Ordered a 2-item meal. Had the ho-fun, terriyaki chicken and black pepper beef.
The noodles were a bit bland, the chicken was flavourful and so was the black pepper beef. The portion sizes was OK for downtown but not competitive (I guess it's OK cuz I'm on a diet, but the old me would be upset, the portion sizes given are really for people on a diet). Even the presentation of the food options of the trays are so shallow. It's really a miserly portion. Honestly, I prefer my fav spot at my old office much more.
I'd come here again if I was looking for a quick, convenient lunch close to my office. This is preferred spot in this food court. Also, this food court is not too busy. There was around 30% empty seating in this one and the other one at around 12:15 pm on a Wednesday.
Lovely lady staff member and delicious food! They add their special touch to the recipes. The best Manchu WOK I've tried so far, and I've been to many of them.

Staff were absolutely a gem! Don’t let the mention of service from the wanna be food critics before fool you, this place cares and takes care of their customers. Food is better than most Manchu woks as the owners seem to out a healthy/better twist on some of their popular dishes! Recommend if you are in town for conventions!

Smallest portion ever received at a Chinese food joint. Owner was training new employee and was rude. $35 for a basically less than half filled container. Never again.

Asked for their pepper beef and got basically all peppers and maybe 3 slices of beef. Also the food seems stale so maybe don't go on a Monday? I know I certainly won't be coming back to this location anytime soon even though it's the closest to my office. I guess there's never a line even during rush lunch hours for a reason. Decided to buy another meal for the afternoon.

Rude & unprofessional service staff. The elderly Asian lady at the cashier counter could have asked me politely what I had ordered, instead talks down to me in a very condescensing tone "you need to tell me what you ordered". Oh and while I was giving my order, the South Asian boy asks if i was in a hurry - for no reason. I was neither speaking fast nor was I in a hurry. It didnt help that the food was bland, tasteless and dull. Me and my friends are never stepping inside a Manchu Wok outlet ever again.

One of the worst locations I've been to. The elderly lady refused to honour the price on the display board for a wok box. She said for the grilled meat, she loses money if she sells as is, she needs to charge me 2 dollars more to make money!!! Unbelievable!!!!
My friend worked there and it's pretty bad.In the first place, I don't even try to pay my part-time job. I just pick up the food that fell and use it.I've never used the washer in the kitchen, just rinsing the dishes I used during the frep in dirty water. Please be careful.
