Tasty food. Small meat serving on the spicy beef tongue. The kimchi soup was fantastic. The 4% makgeoli comes in many flavours and tastes fantastic. Only item I wasn't crazy about was the cheese seasoned fried chicken. Note a lot of items are a bit pricy, but I had a great time.
Service was friendly, enthusiastic, while not intrusive (glad there weren't upsells).
High energy environment, has booth seats for moderate privacy, and the lighting is easy on the eyes.

When a place has kimchi pancake dipping sauce in a jug… you know they’re doing it right. This is the best place for soju, makgeolli, and spicy pork intestine. But honestly… I just have a crush on the boss lady 언니…

Great customer service, food is quick and tasty, and drinks are perfect for the venue. The artwork on the walls is fun and entertaining, and the waitlist is always quicker than expected. This is definitely my new favourite!
The manager moon is so good .He is so kind and polite by nature . My friend celebrated her birthday here and he did everything he could do to make it best .The food is so great here and Moon service was best .

Saying this was fried chicken surprised me, as this is not the Korean fried chicken you'd expect. Instead, yuringi is coated in a potato starch batter that presents an interesting contrast between a somewhat crispy exterior, and a chewy mochi-like texture on the inside. In place of a sticky gochujang sauce is also a chilli sour soy sauce that's equally delicious though, which isn't wasted with the bed of iceberg lettuce on the bottom.

We had a great time at Mapo Pocha Soju Bar. Very cozy vibe, great hot pot soups and soju cocktails, and super quick service. Overall it was also extremely affordable; great value for price! Would definitely go again!
