We asked the lady (other reviewers say her name is Neetu) behind the counter what her favourite flavours were and she shared a couple. I went with one of her suggestions, which was the mango flavour with coconut and pineapple. She also suggested I try adding some Tajin to it and it was delicious! I’m always ready to support a local business in the neighborhood, especially when the service is good and sincere.

Bought $20 of ice cream and asked for a cup of water - which every ice cream place gives free - and was told they don’t give tap water because it might be contaminated due to the meat packing plant nearby. I’ve never heard such a blatant bullshit excuse for trying to gouge every penny out of customers you can. We’ve been here so many times & this will be the last - to deny tap water to customers is terrible business.

Way too overpriced for an ice cream. Not worth spending 10 dollars for 1 scoop of ice cream. I got the chocolate ice cream which literally tasted like any cheap tub you get at the grocery store (not even premium ones). I would recommend getting baskin Robbins or Kawartha rather.

I usually never get ice cream but I wanted to go all out. The worker there first upsold me on getting a bigger size. The waffle cone was stale. She only let me put three mix ins even though the screen said “unlimited mix ins!”

I had a great experience here. I called and Netu picked up right away. I wanted to place a cake order. She listened to what I wanted and provided an email that I could send the details to. Very easy process! Other locations I called either didn't pick up or told me to place the order online..

This location doesn’t let you purchase a full tub as advertised by the menu/ company. They tell you to order a whole day in advance, staff is rude and dismissive. I’m sad that this is my closest location because I’ve had decent service elsewhere at Marble Slab.

My first time at this place, noticed how over priced everything was. Next, noticed a piece of hair in my ice cream. The girl who did it had her pony tail out and all I could think of is— where are the hair nets?? That’s disgusting. On top of that, The ice cream itself was not good. I could find better at Walmart. The toppings AND THE CONE were very stale!! I was so surprised when I took a bite into the marshmallow, and Oreo cookie crumbs that I had added on. Sprinkles were hard as a rock. They did not care to provide fresh toppings. I ate the ice cream hoping the cone would be the best part — man was I wrong! I spit it out in 3 secs of chewing. Stale and had a nasty taste! I had gotten vanilla sugar cone— don’t recommend. I’m NEVER coming back here.
