It was $27 for two ice creams here. They were just ok but I’m extremely disappointed by the exorbitant cost. When I saw the price I did a double take because there is no reason for 2 REGULAR ice creams to cost so much.

Terrible location and a rip off. Rather travel to Thornhill for better service. Went there once and will never go again. Manager not at all pleasant to deal with.

Very pricey ice cream, taste not so good and presentation is 0 stars. I dont know why they have to weigh the icream and mix it with spatula before putting it in the cone?- and they just slathered it in the cone not using the ice cream scoop so you end up with a melted ice cream that looks like someone has already liking it 😖 and plus sprinkles should be put on top of ice cream! First time buying here and I will NOT buy again!

Great service, very supportive of the kids that walk in. The new manager of this establishment is really good. We hope she does well in life.

Happened to treat ourselves to ice cream and noticed this place so decided to check it out. Got a regular snickers doodle in a dark chocolate cone and it was such a tasty treat. Will be sure to return. The customer service was AWE-MAZING!!!

I absolutely love my visit to this location.Customer service is exceptional and ice cream with absolutely great taste and real flavours It’s very disappointing to see one star rating but my experience was THE BEST.I would certainly give 10 stars if it allows.

Used to be good, but they cheaped out and got the freeze dried cookie dough instead of the real soft cookie dough that they used to have.
I used to enjoy coming here. Not anymore, won’t be back.

I love marble slab. Unfortunately when I came here today, after mixing my regular go to, I wasn't able to enjoy it because the pineapple that was mixed in was fermented and spoiled. I let the staff know and was offered an extra scoop of ice cream which wouldn't have helped, so I declined. But nothing else was said. The staff didn't even taste the pineapple to confirm. I hope my stomach doesn't get upset. I was really looking forward to my ice cream as well. 😩
