Yes, there is a resident drunk hanging around. No, she did not spoil the experience. The food takes an extremely long time to arrive.... Possibly because the owner is causing a distraction. The other patrons also heard the yelling and swearing. I found the chicken very oily, because it was not allowed to rest or have the oil drip off. Pierogis were also very oily, as if the entire contents from the fry pan was poured onto the plate. I'll give them a 2nd chance as the menu...

The staff was very friendly and quick to answer questions, after ordering one of the staff came over and brought us a small plate of some samples of their salads they offer alongside the food we had ordered. It’s definitely a cute gem, fairly priced with fresh ingredients and a very comforting environment.
