I stood at the front counter for 12 minutes. The guy looked at me but didn't bother to take my order or anything the entire time. Didn't bother to greet me or anything. I found this to be incredibly rude, I eventually just left because it was a waste of my time and half my lunch break was wasted just standing there. Instead of taking my order he spent the whole time packaging someone else's order and putting sodas in the fridge. He could have just taken my order and gone back to working on what he was doing instead of ignoring me completely. I had never tried Mary Browns before, and was really looking forward to trying it, but after this, I don't think I'll bother returning to any of their locations to give it a try. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and a profound waste of my lunch break 😠

I dont know whts happening with this mary brown’s location, i mainly comes in the morning and the guy at the front is very slow but he talks too much , the kitchen staff prepares the food in fasterly manner and the prepared food that is on the shelves remain there for 10 minutes and then i have to tell that guy that my food is already prepared there and then he always forgets to put the drink or the salads with my order
Just placed an order for delivery, was able to talk to the store to add an item. Zoltan was excellent over the phone. Will order from this location again!! Bravo👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Excellent customer service and great food. I recently had an issue while trying to place an order through the app. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to figure out what was wrong and made sure everything was sorted out without any stress.
On top of that, the food was delicious and fresh, which made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated the service I received, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend both the food and the staff!
