Horrible customer service. I placed my order for pickup at 1:40 pm ahead of time at the abraham welch location. When I arrived after 2:00pm, they said they never received an order. I then proceeded to place another order and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked if my order would be ready soon and I was told it would be an addition 10 minutes wait. Very unprofessional and would highly suggest going to any other location. The person serving me says her name is simran and after she sees me scanning the QR code to write a review, she then comments “oh you can go ahead.” She then proceeded to speak poorly about me to her other colleagues in her language which I suppose she thought I wouldn’t understand. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from an employee.
