Placed an order - 30 min later when following up on my food. They did not bother apologizing but simply asked what did we order? 40 min wait for a breakfast sandwich without an apology is wild.

Please stop sending out drinks via uber eats without a sealed bag. Who knows what the uber driver could have done to my drink. Food along with drinks should be properly packed in a STAPLED bag for third party deliveries. I’m not drinking something that was delivered to me without a seal. Should be common sense!
I really love coming to this restaurant. The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the design of the place makes it very enjoyable. Even though it’s a bit hidden, it’s absolutely worth finding. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a great experience, and today in the morning was no exception. Definitely one of my favorite spots!
